both of the guys who departed .... Peppers and Jones, were "full-sized" DE/OLB guys capable of setting the edge

Surprised no one has mentioned this.

Elliott turned down a two year deal to stay in Green Bay.

I think he knows he's gonna get a fair opportunity and he's confident enough to bet on himself. Pretty good sign.

hes made some amazing plays. If he could do it consistently he could be something special.
