Does this mean no Elfein is the 3rd now? Shocked Because he is the token center pick on most mocks.

that is all

I actually still like the idea of adding a quality swing guy that can play multiple positions on the o-line in the mid-rounds. My top choices would be Eiflein, Pocic, and Moton. If any of those guys are available in the 4th round they would be a solid pickup. Eiflein can play center or guard, will be great competition/depth, and will be a great locker-room guy. Pocic can play every position on the o-line except maybe LT and has a depth of experience in the SEC. Moton is a guy that that will be best served as a guard, but he could play either guard spot, and could probably fill in at RT in a pinch.

Yeah, that's still a problem.

But it's only March 10th Laughing

Options include but aren't limited to:

Coleman
Drango
Erving

OR

Draft pick/possible other FA Acquisition

I know he is injured - but I would add Greco to that list.

At RT? Idk about that. He's a solid backup interior guard/C. Not sure he can bounce outside.

I remember he played tackle in college and I want to say he did a few years back for a few games in a pinch. I could be wrong on that, but the mind set for most OL coaches is to start the best 5, and Greco Imo is in the battle for the best with Erving, Coleman & a possible draft pick.

Yeah, if anything Pastor would be the other guy.

I'm absolutely good with Pasztor, Drango and Coleman battling for the RT spot.

Lets hope Bitonio and Tretter can stay healthy

Drango should stay at G. Kid seemed lost this year. Dont make his transition harder by switching positions.

I want to

Resign Pasztor as back up guard. He has proven he can step in and play well in short spurts.

Draft a guy like Antonio Garcia or Julie'n Davenport to develop til Thomas retires

Unless we draft one, Pasztor is going to start out at RT.

Probably. But it depends on how much Coleman improves over training camp.

I personally think it's Coleman.

They redshirted him and this year he'll step in.

I think it's between Coleman and Erving. If Erving gets stronger he could be the answer, he moves well. Missing blocks and letting guys go free on the inside was his biggest detriment.

I thought his biggest issue was just playing football, he was awful at it.

He's just as able to get beat at tackle as he was at center.

Football is football and pass pro is pass pro to some degree. He got beat in every which way.

I hope Coleman proves worthy of starting. But it's hard to say since we barely saw anything from him last season. If he can live up to his potential, we'll have a really good offensive line.
