Who do you like that hasn't been talked about much? Specifically as a fit for the Steelers. It could be any position, any round. Preferably someone you've actually done a little bit of scouting/research on.

Who do you like? Swing for the fences or bang the table for someone.

Christian McCaffrey of course. Elite slot receiver and insurance behind Bell if he isn't retained or he's suspended or injured, AGAIN. May be around at 30 but he shouldn't be.

I wouldn't hate it. McCaffrey is impressive. Even though it isn't our biggest need, he would be a nice piece to add to the offense.

EDIT: Didn't realize he is the son of former Broncos WR Ed McCaffery. Another reason to like him.

Gareon Conley. I think he gets under looked due to his draft mate getting a lot of recognition, rightfully so for now. He'll land somewhere between rounds 1-2. His draft report reminds me of Burns. I haven't seen tape, I have been reading a lot of what the "experts" say. They definitely got me curious in him.

Hunter Dimick, DE, Utah 4th or 5th round. Outstanding technical pass rusher. 24.5 sacks in two years as a starter.

*KNUCKLEHEAD ALERT* I honestly don't even care about his talent after seeing that video. I would steer way clear of that mess.

Eddie Jackson. Perfect over the top coverage Safety. Solid tackler and good speed for the position. Has plenty experience playing CB and can play the slot position. Would be an immediate day one contributor.

I'm not sure how 'out of the box' these guys are, but I like them...

CB F.Moreau
CB K.King
S E.Jackson
SS D.Jones, Richmond (special athlete)
WR T.Taylor
WR/KR D.Wilson (also an OSU 'athlete', he's a poor man's Curtis Samuel)
OLB T.Hendrickson
RB J.Williams (tough, tough runner)
RB B.Hill (another strong runner)

If you could just have one, who would it be and why?

Ejuan Price, compared to Harrison. He would be a later pick and allow us to draft CB in RD1.

Steelers love plus athletes. No way do they let Jordan Willis past us. Many are assuming he is at the worse a 3rd round pick. Let's see how close he resembles Bud Dupree's numbers.

Dupree 6'4 269 Willis 6'4 255
40- 4.56 40- 4.53
Vert- 42" Vert- 39"
BJ- 138" BJ-125"
20 SS- 4.47 20 SS- 4.28
3 Cone- 7.49 3 Cone- 6.85
Bench- Inj Bench- 24x

TFLs- 39.5 TFLs- 39.5
Sacks- 25.5 Sacks- 25.5
Forced fumbles- 5 Forced fumbles- 6

Those are some eerily similar numbers right Shocked I remember being a Dupree fan but wanted him in the 2nd or 3rd round. I felt he was too raw and would need time to learn to use his hands. In Jordan Willis, I see the same exact player. Willis doesn't have the same explosive takeoff that Dupree has but uses his hands better. Both guys are big, athletic, and fast. Willis timed as good as DeMarcus Ware in the 3 cone and was faster than Ware in the 40 yard dash.

Jordan Willis, if available, will be the pick at 30!

So saying pick 30 is a little absurd, remember Tomlin also loves JR's and underclassmen.

But also he'll be there later. ANd just remember who spotted this kid Wink His 3 cone is really good for someone so big.

Hahahahaha.

Jones' only chance is to go to Tenn. Otherwise he is flipping burgers this fall.
