We can't even win championships in the offseason now.

PFF had him rated as a 44.9 out of 100 last year

He's been on 4 teams in 6 years and he comes from a 4-3 defense. Bunch of idiots. Complete morons. I hate this team.

I'm not a fan of the signing, but look at these threads in the Dallas forum. Seems like the majority wanted him back more than any other FA they have.

I would much rather have Nick Fairley (reportedly 30 mil over 4).

We could have definitely signed Baker but maybe he just didn't fit what Scot wanted because Baker definitely didn't break the bank

Baker had bouts of laziness. His effort didn't really impress me.

I like this signing. He plays a lot like Baker and is sold vs the run. He played well in Dallas last year with 40 tackles and 2.5 sacks. I think McClain is trending upwards, I like it.

He played well in Dallas last season, that's why and he and McGee are both younger than Baker.

I liked Baker but he seemed more concerned it's his brand then his craft. He has to be better than Jenkins, RJF, and Goston......doesn't he?

No doubt in my mind that McClain and McGee will be better than RJF, Jenkins, Golston and Hood also. I think both guys can be comparable in their production to Baker. So essentially, we signed two younger and in better shape versions of Chris Baker in my eyes.

Then, we have Phil Taylor who's a wild card for us like Hood was last year. If Taylor is healthy - and I have to believe he is if we signed him - then he could be a real steal for us and be our starting NT.

Career numbers
Terrell McClain: 62 GP, 27 GS, 90 TKL, 58 SOL, 4.5 SCK, 3 FF
- 2016 #s: 15 GP (24.2% of career stats), 15 GS (55.6%), 40 TKL (44.4%), 21 SOL (36.2%), 2.5 SCK (55.6%), 2 FF (66.7%)

So, basically, we just paid $21M for a one year "not-even-a-meh-much-less-wonder" player. Yay ... Rolling Eyes

Stacy McGee: 51 GP, 18 GS, 63 TKL, 44 SOL, 3.0 SCK, 2 FF
- 2016 #s: 9 GP (17.6%), 9 GS (50.0%), 17 TKL (27.0%), 14 SOL (31.8%), 2.5 SCK (83.3%), 2 FF (100%)

At least McGee's tackle numbers are consistent from year to year. That's a step up from McClain, I suppose. Still highly underwhelming.

Phl Taylor: 44 GP, 42 GS, 109 TKL, 69 SOL, 7.0 SCK, 3 PDF, 1 FF
- 2016 #s: DNP
- 2015 #s: DNP
- 2014 #s: 5 GP (11.4%), 4 GS (9.5%), 10 TKL (9.2%), 6 SOL (8.7%), 1 PDF (33.3%)

So, a guy who has not played a down of football in two years is supposed to now be our starting nose tackle. Okay ... Rolling Eyes

How could we go wrong with these three as our opening day starting front?!

Lol yeah we're winning off the field alright lol. Scot might drink but Bruce is on something way better!!! Why would we off a 26 year old NT a LTD? That would just be what good teams do just like signing their QB lol. We got the whack pack but it's okay fellas we have a good coach!!!

This team I tell you!!! They have a good offense can't have a defense! Or vise versa! How about both. Or we have good coaches no players or vice versa! How about both? We go so long without a QB but now don't sign him! Let's go back to searching we can't just be thankful we got lucky no someone has to be right and God forbid previous employees make right decisions because Snyder is a spoiled little know it all!!! Rant over but hey atleast there were the glory years I never saw!!! I guess the old legends are really all I'll get from this team as long as Snyder owns it!!! Well guys I'm gonna keep scouting players and just hoping the Skins will pick them. It was nice to see some of them get picked here for once!!!!
