Congrats to Paul Worrilow on coming to terms with the @Lions! @DelawareFB #DetroitLions

According to Rothstein from ESPN, it's a 1 year deal. Confused

Don't know much about him. I know it fills a position of need and the Lions were reported to have interest in him a week or so ago.

He's a good MLB. 26 years old. Fills a position of need.

Interesting it's only a 1 year deal if he's only 26. Should be an upgrade over Whitehead at the minimum, but still wouldn't mind an upgrade in the draft. Cunningham maybe?

1 year deal is really throwing me off. Unless there is talk of them re-signing him after the season when more money opens up. Confused

From what I understand, he's a better special teamer than starter. Very "meh" signing.

I think he is being signed in anticipation of losing Josh Bynes. I really liked Josh Bynes. Its too bad he won't be back.

He made a lot of tackles a few years ago then Deion Jones took his job. He's been a special teams player since.

He is a very sound LB who doesn't make the mental mistakes we often saw with Tahir. Is he an all pro? No but he does make good decisions and he does not miss tackles. Good signing. Plus it creates competition for Tahir. Players play harder when they think that their job is in jeopardy.

I have a very good feeling about this signing. He's a guy that i had forgotten about but remember taking note of him when watching the Falcons a couple years ago. Smart kid, Solid kid.

Reminds me of James Laurinaitis. Sound tackler who does his job well.

He isn't exciting and I dunno if I want him to be a starter for us but it looks like he is in the running for it. A good MLB will not lose his job to a draft pick and play on special teams.

If he can tackle a TE he's better than every other LB on our roster.
