Just putting this first 5 mock up to stir up some discussion now that the combine has passed us and we have a clearer picture of where guys may fall.

1. TJ Watt, EDGE, Wisc
2. Chidobe Awuzie, CB, Colorado
3. Jordan Leggett, TE, Clemson
4. Isaac Asiata, OL, Utah
5 De'Angelo Henderson, RB, Coastal Carolina

I love Watt but doesnt he play the same spot as CM3 and Kyler? Dont we need a bigger OLB to play the elephant position?

We don't flip sides. They play the same position with different responsibilities depending on what side the play runs to. IIRC

TJ Watt is 6'4" and 252 lbs so how much bigger do you need. I think Clay is best suited for ILB at this point in his career. I would love this pick.

I believe I thumbed that mock up but honestly wasn't trying to copy you here. Just going off of what I saw at the combine.

Probably should switch out Watt now that Perry has been resigned unless we're looking to move CMIII inside fulltime.

All good, great minds think alike Smile

Watt still works, we need 3 rushers and like you said Clay can play inside. I would even like to bring in Barwin for 3/12m.

Perry/Mathews/Barwin/Watt/Fackrell/Elliott

would be perfect.

Welp our 2016 elephants were Perry, Pep, and Datone weighing 265, 285, and 287.

Well, in that vein, Perry is back, Peppers COULD be back, Datone SHOULDN'T be back. One would assume Watt will put on some weight once he is in the league. Question is how much.

LOVE Henderson, poor man's MJD. One of my favorite backs of the last decade.

I was thinking Du'Juan Harris at his best, but MJD is definitely a comparison I would make. Good thinking!
