Thinking we should have a thread on top 5 or more wish list for any player "that has a chance" Of being there at 28.
Obviously any list can and will change in the next coming weeks. But as of now, I would be curious to see everyone's top 5 (or more) hopefuls at our current spot of 28 _________________ it's not the SKILL of a man, but the WILL of a man. |

It's so hard to call. Last year was easy at pick 4. You could list your top 10 prospects and 1 would surely be there. I started a thread last year like this. My number 1 last year was Zeke my #2 was Andrew Billings
I wanted to start one this year but at pick 28, there's no telling who's going to be there.
Gimmie a few days and I'll post 5 players that are imo realistic options as of now. |

FIrst off Hello guys! Glad to be back. This last year has been a very crazy and hectic year for me personally but glad to be back to normal in time for draft season.
So far here are the guys I love for pick 28
1. Tim Williams (Highly doubt Cowboys will take him and honestly I get it)
2. OJ Howard ( Highly doubt he falls to 28 but maybe we trade up using Romo, that'd be cool, OJ is gonna be a monster)
3. Charles Harris
4. Desmond King ( I still like this guy from last year. If he runs 4.55 or less I'd take him at 28 even if it's worse I'd consider him as a safety possibly) _________________

agreed, 28 is far more challenging than 4. still I actually believe the sum of most of the posters on this board make for a whole greater than many GMs in the pros.
So while I am still in early information gathering mode, I will be looking to opinions for anyone who can help lead the way ! _________________ it's not the SKILL of a man, but the WILL of a man. |

Initially I wondered if Reddick would be a 1st rounder. My gut is telling me now, he won't make it out of the top 15. |

Are these players who you would want at pick 28? or just players you like a lot. _________________ it's not the SKILL of a man, but the WILL of a man. |

Just players I like a lot.
From that list, at #28, I'd want:
Jackson
Peppers
Reddick
Conley _________________

At 28 in order, but separated by positions of need
DE
Derek Barnett
Taco Charlton
Charles Harris
Demarcus Walker
Jordan Willis(yes I would take him this early)
Carl Lawson
RT
Cam Robinson(yes I have him over Ramczyk)
Ryan Ramczyk
LB
Hasaan Reddick(Don't really need a LB but this guy is probably the BPA if he is there at 2
SS
Jabril Peppers(Church had a role that was basically a LB in nickle formations. Jones played up high while Church was staged near the LOS in a nickle backer role. Doesn't that sound like something Peppers would excell at?)
Obi Melifonwu(guy is a freak, I'd take him at 28 in the right situation)
WR
Mike Williams(hello 2005)
Cory Davis
John Ross
(all in play at 2
CB
Marlon Humphrey
Teez Tabor
TreDavious White
Sidney Jones
Jourdan Lewis
Desmond King
TE
OJ Howard
David Njoku |

Not in any order
DE Taco Charlton
DE Charles Harris
DE/OLB Takkarist McKinley
CB Teez Tabor (Talent wise, I'd only have him behind Lattimore in CB rankings, but I'm not sure how serious his perceived attitude issues are)
CB Marlon Humphrey
CB Sidney Jones
CB Desmond King
WR Juju Smith-Schuster (higher on him than most)
WR John Ross
TE I'll list Howard and Njoku here, but my favorite TE in the whole draft is Butt, who I hope we can get in the 3rd round. _________________ NFL: Dallas Cowboys

Guys I want us to track and draft.
Stars based on how much I want them.
QB
Trevor Knight
Davis Webb
RB
Joe Mixon ***- Very cheap and could be very very good with our line.
D'Onta Foreman
Wayne Gallman
Curtis Samuel *- Way too expensive for us. But would be dynamic in our offense.
TJ Logan
WR
Quincy Adeboyejo
KD Cannon
Amara Darboh **- We are looking for a legit No.2 and this guy has serious size and speed to get the job done. And would be cheaper lasting until like rd 3 who we may have to trade up for but he would be worth it.
Jehu Chesson *- Another Michigan guy who could work as our No.2.
Corey Davis ***- Won't be ours but if he lasted until our No.2 which who knows may happen for all we know with how many people blowing up at the combine. He would be our best pickup.
Robert Davis *- This guy is a bit of a project. But could be worth it.
Malachi Dupre
Zay Jones
Cooper Kupp *- We may get him in late day 2 so would be a good pickup.
Speedy Noil **- We could get him Day 3. And if he's bad we cut him. But his talent is undeniable.
John Ross
JuJu" Smith-Schuster *- May last until late day 2.
Ryan Switzer
TE
Jake Butt ***- Will be very good if we get him rd 4.
Darrell Daniels
Evan Engram *- Will be too expensive, but would be able to line up on the line and outwide easily.
Bucky Hodges
OJ HOward
George Kittle
David Njoku
Jordan Leggett *- We could get at value.
Jonnu Smith *
Jeremyt Sprinkle **
OL
Antonio Garcia
JERMAINE ELUEMUNOR
Forrest Lamp *
Connor McDermott
DE
Demarcus Walker ***- We may get him at 60. People knocked on Bosa for not being athletic enough. But look what his tenacity, and technique got him. Same with Watt. I am telling people Walker will be a absolute steal.
Dereck Barnett *- Put up decent numbers at combine. But with the way everyone else has blown up he may actually drop.
Tarrell Basham **- We may pick him up in rd 3, and could be a steal. Has some real talent. Like Charles Harris except much cheaper.
Taco Charlton
Dylan Donahue
Daeshon Hall *
Trey Hendrickson *- Will last until Rd 4 or 5, but could be worth the pick.
Takk McKinley
Derek Rivers
Dawuane Smoot *- Guy may or may not be a starter later. But wont be a 1st rd pick, so its a value pick.
Solomon Thomas
Jordan Willis
DT
Malik McDowell *- He could very well slip, if he were to go to the 2nd we could trade up and snatch him.
Montravius Adams **- a talented interior lineman with the ability to collapse the pocket.
Caleb Brantley
Ryan Glasgow
DJ Jones
Tanoh Kpassagnon
Jeremiah Ledbetter *
OLB
TJ Watt
Haason Reddick
Ryan Anderson *- A good player who posted decent numbers at the combine.
Alex Anzalone *- This guy is better then people claim. He may not be a pro bowler type every year. But he would be a stable starter down the road.
Vince Biegal ***- I think this guy could be a real steal of the draft with his work ethic and instincts. And his play on tape is legit.
Ben Boulware *- Athletiscm can come in real handy for the position but anyone can overcome their defencies with enough savvy and technique and instincts. I don't think he will be a steal like Biegal but can be servicable.
Tyus Bowser *- Guy is moving up draft boards with his impressive showing. Has some learning to do, but can be turned into a weapon with the proper coaching.
Zach Cunningham
Ben Gedeon
Duke Riley *- This guy doesn't have a mind blowing stats but I think has enough ability to be a starter like a Justin Durant. Could be nothing but could be alot more then that.
Tanner Vallejo **- This guy is undersized, and can take some poor angles. H/e he has a way of getting to the ball carrier, regardless whether or not he makes the tackle. We have Rod that can turn him into a good tackler.
CB
Kevin King- ***- Will shoot up draft boards but this guy could be the big corner we've been looking for to match up with bigger receivers and TE's. If we draft a guy at 28 thats a corner. This should be the guy.
Chidobe Awuzie **- I love this guy. He is shifty, he will come at value, and he has starter potential.
Gareon Conley *- This is a notch below Lattimore but may come at the 60 pick.
Shaquill Griffin
Sidney Jones
Jourdan Lewis *
FABIAN MOREAU**- Early starter potential. He along with King I think may turn out real surprises in the draft. May come at the 60 although I see him being gone before then.
Jalen Myrick *- Will come at value so why not. We may find ourselves another Brown.
Teez Tabor ***- I wasn't a huge fan of Tabor before. But he doesn't play to a 4.6 on tape. This could be a huge bonus for us if it hurts his stock in a big way. He is a player with damn good instincts and technique. Yea he'll get burnt a few times, we may see some Brandon Carr moments but I think we could at least see some real return with TO's.
Cordea Tankersley *- Another starter potential from day 1.
Tre' Davious White *- Another guy we could get at value that could turn into a elite slot corner and could play outside fulltime.
Quincy Wilson
S
Jamal Adams ***- If he were to fall to 28, him or Hooker. I would jump on them.
Budda Baker
Justin Evans
Delano Hill
Malik Hooker ***- Same with Adams.
Rayshawn Jenkins *- Could replace Church in a better way.
Josh Jones
Des King **- Guy is a player and we could pick him up in round 3.
Obi Melifonwu*- Would replace Wilcox easy that for sure. And may develop some coverage ability.
