Is he as good as everyone makes him out to be? I haven't watched anything on him but I'm about to start checking him out.

He is above average for this draft. Basically hyped up in a poor draft class. There is no doubt that he is not bad, but there is a reason you don't see him talked upon the top 3 tackles in the class.

Seems like a better G prospect than T. If MN drafts him, I'd definitely keep him at RG with the intention of not moving him.

I would not trade up for a Taylor Moton, if he is there at #48, I would consider him. But I would prioritize an equally valued DT over an equally value OG in the 2nd. IOL with our 3rd pick would be good value due to IOL draft depth.

I think that's the right approach. The Vikes aren't positioned well to trade up this year without that first round pick. Id look to trade back before trading up. MN has many depth needs with all the free agents lost this offseason.

So what is the general opinion on Cam Robinson? Pure RT? Can he play guard?

If he is there in the 2nd would he be better than Feeney or Moton?

The criminal charges related to the devastating punch thrown by running back Joe Mixon at the face of a young woman in Oklahoma in July 2014 were resolved months ago. On Friday, the civil claim arising from the incident was settled. The amount of the settlement was not disclosed, which is common when it comes to the resolution of civil cases.

Amelia Molitor, victim: “I am happy we were able to bring the lawsuit to an end. Joe and I were able to meet privately, without any attorneys, and talk about our experiences since that night. I am encouraged that we will both be able to move forward from here with our lives. From our private discussions I am satisfied that we are going to put this behind us and work towards helping others who may have found themselves in similar circumstances. I greatly appreciate his apology and I think the feelings he expressed were sincere. We both could have handled things differently. I believe if we had a chance to go back to that moment in time, the situation would not have ended the way it did. Going forward, Joe and I agreed we needed to move on from this situation and focus on the future. I’m finished talking about what happened that night with Joe. It’s time to move on from that. I wish Joe the best of luck in his future.”

Mixon: “I’m thankful Mia and I were able to talk privately. I was able to apologize to her one-to-one. The way I reacted that night, that’s not me. That’s not the way I was raised. I think she understands that. Talking together helps move us past what happened. I know I have to keep working to be a better person, and this is another step in that direction. I love working with kids, and I’m looking for more chances to do that kind of work. I want to lead a life that inspires them, and I hope I can lead by example from today forward.”

What makes him a better guard product? I see him as both but I don't see what makes him better.

He can play either. Needs a little work at tackle, can start at guard now. I take him over Moton by a mile. Feeney I question because of the need at guard. Right now Feeney is a proven guard that can start day one. Prospect while Cam is rated higher by me.

Cam Robinson is the best lineman in the draft IMO. I think he came play all the positions on the offensive line. Robinson and Garrett put on a nice little showing.

You take him over Feeny by a mile too, bpa wins out in the end.

If they end up with Brantley at 48 I'm totally cool with it, strong run defender with foundation to grow as a pass rusher.

I'd take Feeney over Robinson.

Alabama offensive linemen just aren't translating well to the NFL.

For what it's worth, Dawkins and Bolles got 9's on their wonderlic tests. Laughing
