Haason Reddick or Zach Cunningham in the 1st and Budda Baker in the 2nd would be my favorite 1st/2nd combo since 2014. Two needs and all very fun players.

Rather have Melifonwu or Marcus Williams than Baker. Even go Justin Evans in the 3rd and get a lineman (O or D) in the 2nd rather than Baker.

Haven't really seen much of Melifonwu except a youtube highlight video. I'll check him out.

Baker looks like a very exciting player at a position of need in the near future, but would people be okay with having a safety group having both starters being 5'10? Teams could potentially outwork us with bigger TE's/WR's over the middle.

I like McCaffery, but everyone crying for a big back, but he's smaller than Richard and Washington, and I don't know if he can give you much more than those two did.

Just thinking on the Browns, if I were them I'd try a trade with SF #12,33,52,142,177 for #2, then take Mitch Trubisky, and Myles Garrett 1,2 and still have 5 more picks.

I'm not included in everyone unless we were gonna run the same system as Az does. Since I don't think that's happening I want a bigger safety. Doesn't have to be 6'3 just would rather he be able to body up on TEs. I mean we keep calling KJo 5'10 and he is more like 5'8. We need more size back there. I don't even care if it's a vet or not because I don't see us getting rid of Nelson.

I think we keep Nelson to help a rookie bed in. Melifonwu and Josh Jones are the guys I like.

This draft is loaded with the bigger CBs we seem to prefer. Howard Wilson, Tankersley, Witherspoon and Rasul Douglas would be ideal fits outside of the 1st round. I'd have no problem double dipping at CB this year.

Quote:
Aside from a pass-rushing defensive tackle, Raiders sources say the linebacker position needs more talent. Oakland will look hard at finding an improvement for middle linebacker in their first few selections.

The Raiders want to re-sign free agent right tackle Menelik Watson to a 1-year contract, and sources say Watson is interested in returning on a short deal.
