Good morning Washington fans,

You guys were one of if not the most active group that used the war room format to collective run your franchise in this mock draft...so hats off for a job well done.

Because of this, I'm asking you guys what we could do in the future mocks that would make a war room style mock more manageable not just for the GM or co-GM but the entire group.

For example would having a private google doc for coding your trade offers, pending offers within free agency, draft scouting information, etc. be something you would be more apt to use?

Please let us know what changes you'd like to see to provide a better overall experience for this mock draft.

Respectfully,

Mike - ny92jefferis

I don't know this for a fact, but I think we had a couple of our picks swiped out from under us because we posted out in the open. Would it be useful to have a coding sheet? Eh, maybe. It has the upside of being able to use the forum to communicate, but it is always a downside of trying to tie the player back to the code and keeping them straight (plus reminding people where the code sheet is).

I'd almost say that the fact that we left it out in the open made it so anyone could chime in at any time, which led to activity. Not sure adding anything like that would really make that much of a difference, and could push people away due to complexity.

He has an entire draft big board spreadsheet made we just didn't use it.

In thinking about it, even though we didn't use it, it might have been nice to have just so we could post our board for internal consumption. Still, it wasn't really a make or break thing.

Here were the UDFA pick up

Austin Rekhow P $600,000
Jeremiah Ledbetter DT $300,000
Xavier Coleman CB $600,000
Mitch Leidner QB $600,000
Rodney Adams WR $250,000
Sean Culkin TE $600,000
Jerry Ugokwe OT $150,000
Jake Eldrenkamp OG $200,000

I would like to say I probably overpaid for a couple but hey it is what it is but at the end of the day we got the most important thing! A punter! Wink Razz
