Stump Mitchells contract was not renewed and Freddie Kitchens is being moved to RBs coach

Hopefully Leftwich does a good job with the QBs, Arians has said he thinks leftwich would be a great qb coach if he decided he wanted to get into coaching.

Too easy to coach David Johnson?

And gotta love the spoils system that Arians has set up with Leftwich being promoted

Hardly a promotion. He wasn't employed by the team outside of Camp last year. Basically the same thing Jen Welter did.

What I don't get and never will is that Arians never holds any of his staff accountable for the poor performance of their units.

He hires his mates and if they want to stay on then they can.

Sadly it's how the NFL works.

Well you will only have to deal with this for one more season bc this will probably be Arians last. I am willing to give Leftwich a chance and he has been well spoken of by BA. The only guy on this staff that i wanted replaced was Amos Jones but BA is loyal to his guys. I trust in BA still, The guy has won a ton of games for this organization and given this team a swagger.

The storyline for BA runs strikingly similarly to Ken Whisenhunt. We have just yet to see BA coaching without a semi competent QB.

It will be interesting to see how things shape up if BA is ever forced to roll with a guy like Stanton long term.

Deep down BA knows he cant win long term with Drew Stanton as the qb. He is a backup qb thats all. I think BA is a much better coach then Whisenhunt. Whiz wasnt good at relating to players, Players love BA.
