And I was mocked last summer for suggesting 2 of Mason/Stork/Jackson could be gone by 2017

Didn't really understand the Jackson pick, and he didn't show too much when healthy. No loss there with Thuney holding down LG

Didn't understand drafting either Stork or Jackson from Day 1. They must've had a great workout for Scarnecchia at FSU. Either way, line is in great shape, they seem to like their three interior guys, the one thing I'd look out for is Solder insurance in case they want to move on from him after his deal is up.

Awesome news. Wonder what this means for Lewis, especially considering all of the other RB signings.

He's probably the odd man out after next season. Health and ball security are two big issues, they clearly see White as the more dependable guy moving forward.

Viking fans would appreciate Patriot fans' view of Michael Floyd in here:

Pats apparently agreed to an extension with David Andrews, now signed through 2020. Haven't seen a number yet. Hope one of the new tackles works out, and we've got pretty much everyone signed for a couple of years, nice to have some stability.

3-years, 9 million. He's earned the respect of the staff and Brady, clearly. I thought he was up-gradable, but I guess they really like him.

Welp, Gisele just put her foot in her mouth again and said Tom suffered several concussions which as you know haven't been reported by the pats:

What are the odds that the NFL come after us for this? Probably a rhetorical question....

They really can't, but I just can't put it past the NFL to make a big deal out of nothing.

She's probably right. Brady is exactly the kind of guy to take a hit to the head, feel a bit groggy and not tell anyone because he wants stay in the game. Must happen all the time.

Blount signed by Eagles. Don't think we actually get a comp pick, as his base is <$2 million.

According to OvertheCap.com, the Patriots can currently expect fourth- and fifth-round compensatory draft picks.

Dont forget the Patriots placed the rarely even heard of May 9th tender on him, ensuring compensation if he signed before the season began.

Article I read on Patspulpit suggested his signing is basically just extra insurance for the 4th/5th rounders we were already expected to get, but that we wouldn't get a new, separate pick as a result.

Well thats how comp picks work, they take all players into account, its never a 1 for 1 situation. Blount is now guaranteed to factor in because of the tender.
