I use Fanspeak.

Sometimes you have to love what the system leaves for you:

27: R1P27 OT CAM ROBINSON ALABAMA
59: R2P27 LB RAEKWON MCMILLAN OHIO STATE
91: R3P27 TE JORDAN LEGGETT CLEMSON
104: R3P40 C ETHAN POCIC LSU

Every pick at least 10 slots past value. We get a stud ILB, a future OT Pro Bowler, and a solid TE. Another interior OL is just gravy.

1st round seems like a waste to me. Who sits? Newly drafted Robinson or freshly signed Fisher/Schwartz?

The only OL position I could see us drafting early is maybe OG. Even then I think it'd be smarter to draft elsewhere.

I don't think Cam would have any issues sliding into LG, that man is powerful!!

He'd be a load pulling. It's not the biggest need, but our OL would be stout.

LT- Fisher - Robinson
LG- Robinson - Ephinger
C - Morse - Fulton
RG - LDT - Ephinger/Fulton
RT - Schwartz - Robinson?

I'd go to battle every game with that OL, plus it gets rid of Reid and puts Fulton hopefully only backing up C.

I really wanted to target an ILB in my 4 round it just never happened. I would say KC needs to bring in a solid vet/starter ready to play on a 2-3 year deal and draft an ILB somwhere in the draft to develop and hopefully play.

MY first Auto Draft.

1:27 OJ Howard TE. At times our offense sputtered. Add this guy to the mix and the mismatches get real.

2:59 Adoree Jackson CB. Gotta improve that secondary if/when we can. To many times we got burned for huge yards and plays.

3:91 Dede Westbrook WR. Maclin replacement in a few years and good enough to start as #2 or 3 WR. The guy has huge yardage/play potential and I want that on our team.

3:104 Julie'n Davenport OT. Should compete for position and definately give us depth on the offensive line.

4:131 Davis Webb QB. Possibly our QBOF

I needed a break from homework and did one of my own.

27. Corey Davis, WR
59. Patrick Mahomes II, QB
91. Tanoh Kpassagnon, Edge (I think he'll play DE)
104. Kendell Beckwith, ILB
131. Donnel Pumphrey, RB
171. Brendan Langley, CB
179. Lorenzo Jerome, S
217. Johnny Caspers, OG
219. Cam Serigne, TE
248. Fish Smithson, S

I personally would love this result.

No real drafts would come close to what's being turned out here. As long as everyone knows it's "fantasy" drafting.

Pull the pick onto one line please, like I did here. Posting like that is annoying.

I would pass on Tim Williams at #27. Not a fan of Jarrad Davis either. One has really serious off the field issues. The other is mid second round. Only on a trade back scenario. That said, trading out of the first for a pick about #40 would be good to target Davis or Raekwon McMillan.

What's this WR in 1st round? We get enough of that from the idiots at ESPN and CBS.

They had some updated rankings/needs posted. I think these are more realistic.

27: R1P27 TE O.J. HOWARD ALABAMA
59: R2P27 C ETHAN POCIC LSU
91: R3P27 CB CHIDOBE AWUZLE COLORADO
104: R3P40 WR MALACHI DUPRE LSU
131: R4P26 EDGE VINCE BIEGEL WISCONSIN
171: R5P26 RB JOE MIXON OKLAHOMA
179: R5P34 QB CHAD KELLY MISSISSIPPI

If you believe in BPA you have to be willing to make picks like OJ Howard in the first. Trust me, there are a million ways to make this work. If you can draft a future Pro-bowler, do so. That said, Feeney and Sidney Jones were on the board. Same for Pocic. Don't think of him as a C but as an interior OL.

I loved the 3rd and 4th picks. Not so much the rest.

NO! Tell me it ain't so!

Actual drafts have less competent teams. That's a simple fact.

I got close to the 2012 Colts. They took three of my KC mock draft guys in the order that I predicted them.

I had Dwayne Allen at 44(2nd), TY Hilton at 138(5th) and Vick Ballard at 172(6th) for KC. They ended up going 64(3rd), 92(3rd) and 170(5th) respectively.

Funny enough, I had us taking OT Mitchell Schwartz 75th(3rd). He went 37th(2nd) to the Browns. But thankfully he still made it to us eventually!

I almost had the same one tonight.

27. TE OJ Howard
59. OT/OG Dion Dawkins (personal fave as a guard)
91. CB Chidobe Awuzie
104. QB Brad Kaaya
131. OLB Tyus Bowser (check him out)
171. CB Ahkello Witherspoon
179. ILB Marquel Lee

Sidenote: They are missing a TON of mid round prospects.. the 6th and 7th rounds are just trash.

Free Agents
2017 Albert Wilson
2018 DeAnthony Thomas
2019 Chris Conley
2020 Jeremy Maclin, Tyreek Hill, DeMarcus Robinson

Maclin is pretty much guaranteed to miss games each year. That leaves us with Conley and Hill. If *knocks on wood* something happens to one of them?... I wouldn't take just any WR in the 1st. But Corey Davis is someone I wouldn't' hesitate to bring in.

Davis looks real special. Natural at the position. Total BPA but could be worth it.

Probably the only one I'd be down with. I wonder how quickly he's pick up the offense.
