well... other than you have to consider that Frazier became a head coach (and failed at it) only because Childress was so horrible as a head coach.

so yes, maybe they had the titles, but not the accomplishments.


I was thinking more along the lines of McDermott having guys he can go to with questions and bounce ideas off of who have been there before. I feels that a very underrated aspect for a first time HC.
