On another note, Rodgers is talking about Jody on the Dan Patrick show... said something like " I saw him last night. He was in some pain but try to play".

i'm honestly a bit shocked so many Packer fans (not just in this forum, everywhere I look) are feeling good about this game if we go in without Jordy Nelson

ya'll remember last season? our WRs with Jordy still struggle to separate consistently

Rodgers would have to be Godgers for 60 min for us to win. it's a huge loss

Jared Cook has been doing a good job of doing what Jordy Nelson does for this offense.

It's def a loss, but Ya'll remember last Sunday against a better defense? 38 points without Jordy.
Yea, if Rodgers keeps playing the way he has been, he will make due with Adams, Cobb, Cook and Geronimo.

We were 6-0 to start the year ..without Nelson .. just fell off the map after that though. Just move Adams and Cobb to the slot and attack the middle of the field. Put the speed of Janis and Davis on the outside to help open that middle up. We can win a game without Nelson if we have to. We lit up the Giants vaunted defense in the 2nd half without Jordy. I don't think the Dallas D is quite on that level.

Yes, last year Adams and Cobb were not healthy and we didn't have Cook.

The offense was OK with out Jordy up through the MNF game vs the Chiefs. After that point, Montgomery was out, and both Cobb and Adams were playing hurt and hobbled. This year, all three of them are options, Allison has stepped up, and Cook is in the mix. Night and day difference.

Obviously losing jordy makes us worse but what we have now is nothing like last year. Adams is playing like a bonafide #1, we have cook who is a damn fine receiving threat at TE and cobb just had his best game in years. Allison is fine 4th receiving option as well. We also have Monty who can split out.

Definitely way better options than last year...

i certainly hope so, lads (and Pugs)

to echo what others have said, having Jared Cook is a big difference from last season

I still don't think Adams is a WR1. He's a good WR2, but I feel good about him stepping up. Cobb and Adams have good releases off the line, but don't have the speed to go deep. We need to utilize the quick passing game and stick to it.

Cobb looked great. he's been invisible for most of the season so it's hard to trust him

Plus he wasn't playing when we faced Dallas in October.

I don't think Cobb has been healthy until last Sunday. I hope he can keep it up. We're gonna need him to play like that this week even if Jordy plays.

Under armor is chainmail. This is platemail that is worn over it. Wink Surprised
