The 2016-17 Green Bay Packers are the NFC North Division Champions. As the # 4 seed, the Packers won the Wild Card round game against the Giants and are moving onto a road game against the Cowboys.

Keys to an improbable Super Bowl run:
1. Get/Keep Nick Perry healthy
2. Keep Jared Cook healthy
3. Pressure the QB
4. Get off to fast starts
5. Create turnovers
6. Don't turn the ball over
7. Give Rip the ball.
8. Run the Table

I think the Packers have to do their best to stuff the run, and make Dak Prescott beat you. I don't think we can shut down their run game, but if we can slow it up a bit we might be able to get off the field now and again and let Aaron work his magic. Hopefully Capers can give Prescott some exoitic looks here and there that will confuse him. The Packers have an experience edge going into this one .. maybe if you can confuse the young QB with some things. One or two mistakes by Prescott could make the difference.

I think the winner of this game will go to the Super Bowl. I hope the streak continues......Go Pack Go.

I can't stop watching the Ripkowski push into the end zone against the Giants. Great icing on that cake!!!!!

Giants gave Zeke 100+ yards on 4.5 ypc and held Dallas to 7. The key is still Dak.

Also that was the first game all year we won not scoring first. Seriously Mac if you win the toss, dont defer, give Aaron the ball. We need Dallas playing from behind.

I'm not expecting Jordy in this game so that's already a bummer

GB offense cannot get off to a slow start like they did against NY or else Dallas will make them pay. Can't fall behind by 2 scores early or that'll be a wrap. I feel like you can say that regarding Dallas as well tbh

Come out like gangbusters and keep it rolling

Pack 31
Cowboys 28

Dallas doesn't have the D to stop Rodgers so they will want to control the clock and keep him of the field. Make Prescot beat you.

I hope Jordy can play but even without him, our WRs can do damage against that defense. Offense has to start of fast though. They can't have the kind of first 20 minutes as they did yesterday.

Dallas was bottom 5 against TEs. Cook should feast over the middle.

Packers are 11-1 this season when holding the opponent to less than 30 points. We win 34-28.

Run. The. Table.

On the road, I'd always want to defer. IF you could tell me that MM/Rodgers will come out throwing the ball and throwing 1-3 second passing patterns, and that the receivers will not drop catchable passes, then I would be on board to receive the ball and quiet the crowd to get Dallas reeling. But overall, the best bet is always taking the ball to start the second half. More times than not, either you're in need of a possession there to re-take a lead, or you're in position to put the game away with a score and double them up around halftime like we could have done on the Giants had we come out and scored.

I'd rather have a chance to change the momentum your way at halftime than the start of the game.

Yeah, the second half is the half the game ends in. I prefer to defer. Always.

Vikings game was the only game we lost scoring first all year. The cliches and routines don't matter anymore. It's how your team plays best, and the Packers are a far superior team with a lead. The Cowboys are too, therefore to get up on them early is an extra benefit.

I expect Jordy to sit this game but nobody is reporting anything on him so we just don't know.

I said we'd beat the Giants because we were simply a better team. Can't say that this week. We are really going to have to play top notch football in all facets of the game to win, for 4 quarters. Especially so if Jordy is indeed out.

We must slow their run game. Mike Pennel get activated today?
