If this has been posted before I apologize, but I am trying to get a fan base opinion of the team needs.

Just the top 3 or 4.

This list is going to be called the revolving door list because each of the 3 are positions where we have had consistent play on one side of the field and inconsistent play on the other side with many players trying to fill the void over the passed couple of years. You'll also note that I have listed these 3 positions on Team needs lists over the passed few years with the positions not being selected in the draft or bad players taken. Or picks used in the 5-7 round

1. Pass Rusher - Mathis is retiring and Trent Cole and Erik Walden have expiring contracts. Walden should be resigned because all we have left at the position are projects. Amazing to you that I'm writing that Walden is the consistent one and Mathis/Cole are not.

2. Corner Back - I wrestle with whether to put this or MLB here. Both positions are needed badly. Vontae Davis as the no. 1 and Darius Butler (upcoming free agent) as the nickle have been locks for us the passed few years. That other outside spot has been where we have struggled with inconsistency and injury with Greg Toler and Patrick Robinson. The only CB Grigson has drafted in his time is D'Joun Smith (2015 3rd rounder) who is sitting on someone's practice squad somewhere.

3. MLB - DQ is the QB of the defense and been the most consistent player outside of Davis and Walden. Next to him though... Edwin Jackson and Antonio Morrison are good rotational/plug in players but I wouldn't count on either of them to be productive without someone like DQ next to them.

RB - I consider this a pretty close 4 behind CB and MLB. Someone to complement Gore and Turbin and eventually replace Gore. (Another position where Grigson has been bad drafting.) I know people have been down on the Turbin signing but I have been very happy with what Turbin brings to the team this year.
I know people are expecting to see an OL position here but what we seen with the line that started weeks 15 and 16 I think we have the future starting 5. Joe Haeg (RG) and La'Raven Clark (RT) were pretty good and the OL didn't allow a sack for 2 games for the first time in Luck's career.

1) Cornerback
2) Running back
3) Defensive End
I bought one of those tapes to teach you Spanish in your sleep. During the night, the tape skipped. Now I can only stutter in Spanish.

Courtesy of an online joke search.
