If this has been posted before I apologize, but I am trying to get a fan base opinion of the team needs.

Just the top 3 or 4.

Thanks.

1. Safety- Aaron Williams career may have been ended on a cheap shot
2. #2 WR- Woods is okay but with Watkins injured all the time he has no business being #1
3. RT- Mills has to go. Koundajio is good but only at Left tackle because of his knees
4. CB- If we elect to not resign Stephon Gilmore
5. QB- If we dont pick up Tyrod Taylors option

I wasn't the biggest fan of Woods, but he really impressed me this year. I do think wide receiver is a need but I'd put RT above that. I'd still love to get another receiver then move Woods to the slot where he would feast.

As of now I want Peppers or Hooker if they are there, if not hopefully Mike Williams is there. If none of the three are available then I'd like to trade down.

Not a fan of Davis, Ross or Adams?

This seems to be the perfect draft for us because there are so many players in our draft range that fit two of our biggest needs

Agree with the bolded. Solidify that OL first, so the WR's, RB's, & QB can shine. That RT spot is a much higher priority than any position player. Still, I will lose my $#!+ if we don't land a S at #10. That position is such an obvious issue right now and we couldn't have asked for a better draft to address it. Berry is available as a FA, but we simply do not need to spend the money there, freeing us up to address another position we likely can't fill in the draft due to lack of early to mid round picks.

S
WR
QB

RT and CB depending on FA. There appears to be though within the Bills org. of moving Glenn to RT and keeping Kouandjio at LT.

Ask this again on March 11th. If we don't pick up the option on Tyrod then QB becomes the biggest need by far. RT and S are the 2 biggest needs today.

If tyrod stays and kyle williams doesnt retire.

Safety
Wide Receiver
Linebacker

Everyone thinks RT is a huge need however bills talks of having CK stay at Left Tackle and moving Glenn to RT which cam benefit as CK has proven he can start on the leftside. Glenn has shown he can be great at both sides so this will answer the needs as RT is now just as important as LT.

I put down linebacker as zach brown will want a ton of money and with the bills looking at 4-3 style coaches they will likely need LBs and preston brown has been a huge issue against the run this year so all they have is Ragland. Upgrading preston brown and adding another one while Ragland plays MLB.

Corner is another need and will become even bigger if Gillmore leaves.

There are a few guys that the bills could look at in fa for safety like Tony Jefferson. If not i would like the bills to do the LSU connection by drafting safety Jamal Adams he has been the best safety coverint the te and quick enough to stuff the run. Then draft Malaki Dupre wr from LSU he is a big target and the talent is there to be the wr the team has been missing

I mostly agree.

I'd probably order them S - CB - WR - OT. Maybe I am overreacting to the bad secondary, but I really see both positions as the top needs.

I think our CBs improved dramtically at end of season. They still had tackling issues but that is easily taught with better coaching. I think is Mcdermott is hired then Gilmore will be used a lot like Josh Norman was.

If we actually move Glenn to the right side, I'd still want to go after a T, just later in the draft, like round 5. We'll need the depth. In the #10 pick forum post, I had said I'd want a T or CB in the 2nd. Moving Glenn would mean I'm all in for a CB in the 2nd. That would then increase the likelihood of going after a WR in the 3rd, unless I thought there was a very good OLB or G left on the board. Incognito won't be able to play at a high level for much longer and has a big bump up in salary after this coming season and the depth would help. Our early pick in the 5th should give us access to a decent selection of T's & G's. The rest of the picks I would use to hunt for an OLB or WR (if either are still needed), a K, or another S to boost depth/ST. As I said over there, I think we'll need FA to fill in the gaps, especially since we don't have a 4th this year.

Yeah no 4th and no 7th.

But we do have Dallas's 5th.

With just 6 picks and likely no one after round 3 contributing much outside of ST, we'll need to fill at least 2 holes in FA.

I forgot to mention a top meed will also be a kicker its sad that this is sucha huge need but missing so many fgs and not being able to get the ball in the emdzone has cost the bills field position in alot of games
