Since the Wild have me down, I was watching videos of yesteryear and came across some old North Stars videos. And it got me thinking, I wish we could start a Go Fund Me (Call it "Up Yours Norm") get some cash together, but the Dallas Stars and bring them back, put them on the west side. Bring back the old uniforms and right the NHL's wrong Laughing

A man can dream Laughing

I'm on board with that idea...but the easier plan would be for Bettman to force the Stars to change their name, retire the Wild name (as much as I like the jerseys, the name isn't that great) and rename them the North Stars.

I'd just like to have 2 teams and we deserve the North Stars. It would be neat to have battles for the state of hockey.

It would appear that everyone that said MN was ranked too highly in the tourney was correct, alas.....though I guess there is still time.

Different team if Akeem Springs was there. But this is good trial run for next year.

The whole team is back next year, outside of Springs, and the freshman class looks very talented.

Everyone tune into ESPN at 7!

Gopher Wrestling has two kids wrestling for National Championships!

#6 seed Ethan Lizak at 125 lbs
#2 seed Brett Pfarr at 197 lbs

Should be entertaining down here in St. Louis!

First point of the season!!! Small victories!

Holding on for the draw with 10 men is a HUGE accomplishment.

It's crazy to think the MNUFC TIE was the best thing so far in the past week or so of Minnesota Sports....

The Wild are a dumpster fire. Can we undo that trade?

I know Hanzal hasn't scored yet, but I am not a fan of what Boudreau has done with him. He hasn't given him any speed on the wing to play with. Parise and Pominville have had a bit of a tough go since getting back and Dubnyk has been flat out awful at times. Hopefully tonight is the beginning of the resurgence.
