Marvin thinks he only used language and that isn't a big deal

Can't believe Pacman wasn't cut. Would have given us an excuse to draft a first round corner too so not sure why he's still in Cincinnati.

Just makes the whole free agency depressing that we've lost guys we wanted to keep and kept guys we wanted gone.

tbf though Whit and Zeitler both got overpaid. It's tough because our FO doesn't spend the money elsewhere but I can understand why we let those two go. Zeitler is good but he's not ground breaking contract good. As for Whit, we needed to see what Ced/Fisher can do. Sink or swim time.

I've come to terms with those losses...

The only positive thing about losing whit imo is now Andy is the leader of this team. Yeah ced gets his time in the deep end but now we get to see if Andy can become the sheriff in the locker room and pull the team out of any heavy situations the season can throw at them cough-playoffs-cough.

He was known as a good leader at TCU so maybe we'll get to see some ginger-magic.

Unless they are going to cut Vinny Rey, there's no point.

They could bring him in as a camp body. It would be very Bengals.

Not really. i can only think of taylor Mays being broughht back and not making the 53, and he probably would have if he didn't fail multiple PED tests.

Sure and Skuta could make it over Flowers on the back end of the roster. But bringing him in and giving him a shot isn't out of the question.

Just what the Bengals need. Another slow LB who can't cover and is only good for ST's.

I really doubt they sign him. I think the room is set save for a draft pick or two.

EDIT: it is funny though - every time i see a former Bengals player released, i get a little knot in my stomach like "oh crap, they're going to sign him and cut a young, up and coming player, aren't they?". So i share the fear.
