Would you make any changes to the coaches or you the front office?

I would fire Horton and bring in a new DC. I just don't think he is a good DC so why wait another year.

Other than that I'm not changing much. Happy to give the front office another go but they dam well bettter get us two studs in the first round

I'd make zero chances. This was looked at as a expansion franchise.

I would fire Tabor but thats not allowed by a superior power.
And I think Horton should be fired because he is just bad, but dont know if there is a good DC out there. I wish we would have gotten Schwartz last offseason.

I'd get rid of Tabor. I'd be indifferent about firing Horton. I don't think he's anything spectacular, but he's had nothing to work with this season.

Yep.

Not a single change, which, as a matter of fact, WOULD be a change for this franchise.

If Wade Phillips became available and had interest in coming here id toss Horton right out the front door.

Tabor can go but I'm pretty sure he's got incriminating evidence on Jimmy.

I'd probably get rid of Horton, but we won't. I thought we improved our defense and scheme as the season went on, but I was still not a big fan of the initial hire or the product he was putting out there.

That being said, our defense was the least talented group in the NFL.

I forgot about Tabor. He shouldn't be allowed on the bus out of Pittsburgh. He must have the missing bit of evidence that would lock up Haslim

As far as Tabor, in his defense, he's had the bottom end of the least talented roster to work with all season.

We never made an effort to find a consistent kicker since Dawson left, we traded our Pro Bowl punter, have refused to find a kick/punt returner until 2 weeks ago, etc.

All things considered he's had a pretty tough job this year.

He, like every other coach, could benefit greatly from some continuity and improved talent.

Hopefully Hughlett, Colquitt, and Parkey all return.

If really like to see them spend a pick on a guy who is a bonafide return threat. We've left an unconscionable amount of yards on the field because we had scrubs returning punts and kicks.

If you can upgrade, then upgrade. However, I would be pissed if they did it using this season as an evaluation.

Say for example you have a D coordinator you love, and you love him more than Horton a year ago, then by all means go for it.

Just don't use THIS season to decide if a guy can coach or not, or if a guy can evaluate talent or not. This was an intentional dumpster fire.

Zero chance the Browns draft a QB at pick 4, or trade up for a QB.

And Matt Ryan is so great he has one playoff win.

Mccaffrey is a 100% luxury pick for this team right now IMO.

Adoree Jackson would be an option for sure.

I know what you mean but I think he is a massive upgrade over Duke and big time addition to the return game

Crow and DJ have done a great job considering the online. No RB in the first four rounds imo

It's weird that we haven't fired anyone. I don't know how to describe this feeling
