Am I the only one that thinks Norv Turner is crazy overrated as an OC. Hasn't had much success as of late and don't think he fits Flaccos style. Another candidate I'd like to take a look at if we make a switch is Mike McCoy.

I just don't see how Pees can keep his job either, he's had how many years of the same reoccurring garbage. I'd love to see his 4th quarter stats with the lead over his tenure with the Ravens.

If Dean Pees retires, linebackcers coach Don "Wink" Martindale has shot at becoming new Ravens D-Coordinator.

Have to take anything that Preston said with a grain of salt, but I do think Pees retiring is our best bet to get rid of him

Martindale is actually worse than Pees, so that would be bad.

Chip Kelly seems to know hes done as an NFL head coach, and he seems to be OK with that especially if it means he wont have to deal with office politics.

Kelly told Jay Glazer of FOX that hes happy to be an assistant coach in the NFL after failing as a head coach in Philadelphia and San Francisco.

Ill go be an offensive coordinator somewhere, Kelly told Glazer.
