Rex Ryan....?
Would Phillips want to be a HC? They could also wait until Sean Payton gets canned. |
He just ruined the last great defense he had, he's going to want to take control from Wade, and every young QB he's ever had has regressed under him.
So I hope he goes there | Geno didn't regress under Rex (granted, he only played 2 years). Sanchez' regression IMO wasn't Rex' fault by any means. He lost a ton of talent at WR from year 3 to year 4. With that said, Rex did have the brilliant idea of putting Sanchez in the fourth quarter in the third pre-season game in 2013, ending his Jets career. _________________

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media already has pegged Dolphins defensive coordinator Vance Joseph as the leading candidate for the job, suggesting that the hire could come quickly. Joseph, then the defensive backs coach in Cincinnati, interviewed for the Denver head-coaching job in 2015, before Kubiak was hired. Joseph has drawn rave reviews for his work in Miami this year.

I'm surprised by this development but it's for the best for Kubiak and his health. _________________

Hope Kubiak gets his health taken care of, but this is the best case scenario for the Broncos. Kubiak is a bad head coach, firing Fox just to hire him never made any sense. _________________

I hope this is true. It would seem like Denver would be interested in Kyle Shanahan, and I want him in Atlanta for another year before he takes a head coaching job. _________________

Don't see anywhere in the post that says you did.
You won superbowl 50 because of Wade Phillips' defense. Kubiak's offense was atrocious, and still is this season. _________________

Kubiak's offense fit the Ravens to a tee. Hopefully we can get back Dennison and the rest of the offensive guys from 2014. |

This is good for the team that hires Kyle Shanahan. _________________

Was Kubiak the guy who called passes to the end zone at the end of that divisional playoff loss a few years ago when you had all the time in the world (only down by four)? If he was, that says it all. |

You're making your conclusion from one play in a game where the offense put up 428 yards and 31 points on the road against one of the better recent iterations of the Patriots defense (with Revis and co)? That says it all. |
