On paper, that's a fairly favorable group of games. At Denver and Pittsburgh will be tough - depending on how Denver is next year. Getting KC at home is nice.

Seriously tho how often have we gone to Denver as opposed to them coming here in last decade, not including playoffs obviously?

In the past decade:

2006 - in New England
2008 - in New England
2009 - in Denver
2011 - in Denver
2012 - in New England
2013 - in New England
2014 - in New England
2015 - in Denver
2016 - in Denver

With 2017 being in Denver, it will be an equal 5-5 split in regular season play over the past 10

Wow guess it just seems more often than that in my own head.

Yeah, only reason it feels like it's been unbalanced going to Denver vs. playing at home is the two playoff games.

Hopefully their offense remains as inept as it is now.

Chiefs, Falcons, Raiders, Broncos, possibly Bucs and Steelers could all be prime time games.

The Saints, Bucs and Raiders all have the potential to be really tough next year. Raiders game could be in Mexico City, which might mitigate it somewhat.

Doubt the Saints will be especially tough. The Bucs are overrated now and have a lot of work to do before I buy into them

Oakland could be a very good team, but not necessarily daunting.

That home schedule is much tougher than the road schedule. And I would say it's tougher than this season. Chiefs, Panthers, Falcons, and Texans will all be competing for a play-off spot you'd have to think. Raiders and Steelers are tough, but the rest of those games should be manageable.

Well that and the big thing is that they all kinda come in clusters. So before 2014, alot of Denver fans were getting annoyed saying "we always go to New England". Because they played us at home 3 years in a row, and in one of those years they played a playoff game in Foxborough. So 4 of the 5 most recent games were in NE.

Fast forward to 2013 and we played the 2013 and 2015 AFCCG in Denver and the 2015 and 2016 home game in Denver. But we played the 2014 regular season in NE. So we got the 4 out of the most recent 5 on the road.

Next year the issue was that we are playing Denver because we are matched up against their division. The last time that happened was 2014. Where we got the home game. So it's fair to play it in Denver this year.

This is big for us, this game could determine home field advantage. Definitely want a possible rematch to be in Foxborough rather than somewhere to be determined.

Will we see another Superbowl rematch to open the season?

Either that or Chiefs for me.

Would have liked to have seen Dallas in Foxborough.

I still reckon we can get at least 12 wins from those games baring injury to key components.
