This guy has ZERO chance to be a starting NFL QB. If you're gonna be an undersized QB, you need monstrous hands like Russell Wilson along with a strong arm. Mayfield lacks both.

Tell that to Len Dawson who is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Len Dawson has been retired 41 years.

Bill Willis is a HOFer too, but 6'2 210 isn't going to cut it for a defensive lineman nowadays.

I get your point but there probably a better comparison and that guy probably isn't a HOF player in the modern day NFL.

My post was a joke. Laughing

Lol, easy to miss sarcasm on the interwebz.

I was thinking, who the hell is like Baker Mayfield? Len Dawson didn't have big hands, he was 5'11" 190, didn't have a big arm, was accurate, cool and gutsy. But yeah, he played in a different era. Laughing

Ty Detmer? More mobile obviously.

He got chased down and tackled by a cop who probably runs a 6.7

Overrated speed.

Maybe we should do some work on this cop? Match the no-slip Walmart what-are-those size 10.5s with this guy! A true Cinderella story.

I don't think it'll quite matter this time next year. Teams will care more about his size than this. If he comes out this year and balls out, it'll be a minor anecdote.

Lololololol. This isn't good by any means, but it ain't that serious. Compared to the women beaters, drugs and weapons charges, animal cruelty, etc. that get into the league every year, I'm not really concerned.

He can ball out all he wants in that Oklahoma system, it won't matter. He doesn't have pro potential. I can see his episode on undrafted right now

Glad this happened. Not that he's an out-of-control animal. But it's a moment for him to learn and it gives him an entire year he prove he's learned from it.

Dude a total clown.

Baker is a less talented Johnny Manziel with slightly more brain cells.
