Lets just go back to 30 teams, get rid of the cheaters and combine the 2 sad LA franchises into 1 sad LA franchise.

Just make the Pats into the Harlem Globetrotters, those dudes didn't play by the rules either

As far as LA ? How about the Ramchargers ?
That would work... Cool

Cheating? Come on. The concussion protocol is in place for the players benefit. If anything, him playing through a concussion was him playing at a disadvantage, hardly cheating. Now, I do think this should have some kind of ramifications because having players hide a concussion is not good for anyone.

Yeah, it's cheating.

There is now a rule for concussion protocol. If you don't follow the rules, you're a... You're a... What's the word here?

Breaking a rule doesn't necessarily make you a cheater. I do agree that this case does have the potential to give him/NE an unfair competitive advantage though.

The definition of cheating is literally using devious/malevolent means to gain an unfair advantage.

Not reporting that your star quarterback has a brain injury--when the league just settled a massive case with retired players and all the attention the CTE issue is creating--is devious.

One of the knocks on Rodgers is that he's had a few documented concussions. Brady never reporting one, never going through the protocol, never having to miss practice, never having opposing teams know of the injury and game plan accordingly, never having the media spotlight on the issue...is an unfair advantage.

I'm not being 100% serious but if Brady covered those up and then you have the time he was on the report for "lower leg" or whatever for a thousand weeks or however that went lol.

I know Bill hates the injury report. I think it's silly too.

I just thought it was worth making fun of.

I didn't think we were commenting on that aspect, but sure, it is, absolutely.

Yeah, I know, I was just throwing it out. The problem goes a bit beyond it being silly if he's really had head injuries though. Other teams might not get to play their QB, but they do. That type of thing.

So maybe it doesn't fit what we were talking about this time.

The point boils down to New England willfully bending rules in their favor and being exposed for it. Yes they win. But they dance around the NFL's rules as much as any organization in NFL history.

1000% agree. But to point that out is hard these days. They just think you're trolling and a hater and all that jazz.
