There has been plenty of chatter about the future of quarterback Carson Palmer. After the team’s final home game of the season on Sunday, he was asked about playing next season.

“I haven’t even thought about that, but I expect to,” Palmer said. “I’d like t

That sound you hear is a sigh of relief from yours truly, not that I didn't think this would be the case. Would be foolish of him to walk away from that kind of money, though he was willing to walk away from more in Cincinnati. Can't really say I see a better alternative being a viable option looking back at the amount of time it took Carson to get comfortable in this offense, though I think its pretty clear Carson is declining and nearing the end of his career. Can't get out of his contract either. Hopefully we get improved receiver play and Arians adjusts his play-calling to better suit what we've got, along with a healthier offensive line.
