Nice read. I really think if my Lions end up trading back a few notches that this could be their guy. They would be a good fit for each other. _________________ Lions to the Superbowl before I die!!!! |

In my book, Jon Alston ranks ahead of Sims, equal, if not better, field performance and a better athlete.
Sims has the spin going for him, Alston does not, showing the value of the brand. |

| I get a great feeling about Sims as a pro prospect. I think he could have the best rookie year for LB's outside of Hawk and could potentially have the best career of anyone. Think Derrick Brooks with speed. |

^^^I agree with everything you just said, except that last sentence. Derrick Brooks HAS speed... _________________ LE#16

Believe me, the last thing I'm meaning to say is that Derrick Brooks is slow, but Sims is faster on the 40-track. With more experiecne, he could develop good LB instincts and be an absolute stud. |

As I already mentioned, dont be surprised if you see the Lions take him if Huff is gone. He interviewed with the Lions first and they are said to be really high on him and he fits their scheme pefectly plus they are weak at linebacker at least from an injury standpoint with Lehaman and Boss both gimpy and Holmes possibly retiring. Regardless SIms is going to have an instant impact and he should start from day one. _________________ Lions to the Superbowl before I die!!!! |

If Huff goes before #9, Sims would be my pick for the Lions. You hit the nail on the the head as far as explaining why. Great job... _________________ LE#16
