The All Poly camp is just down the street from me and there are lots of kids that aren't Poly that go. I think it started as a way to get more attention for the Poly talent, but now it's just a big camp in Utah that happens to have a lot of Polys that go. Harbaugh was here last year for it and most major schools send people.

Such a mediocre group of QBs at the UA Game.

Yeah I was looking at that also. He visited here in November, but it was for the game we lost to Oregon which doesnt help. My guess is he ends up at Arizona St, but I would love for him to pick Utah.

I may be reading into this but I think Gibbs ends up in Tuscaloosa.

When asked whether there is any pressure to stay in his home state
Quote:
He doesn’t feel any pressure to stay in-state and play for the Bulldogs: “No pressure whatsoever. Like I said earlier, it’s my decision. I have to do what’s best for me. There’s really no pressure. Those guys tell me come on, come on and even the Alabama guys tell me come on, come on. At the end of the day, though, it’s my decision.”

That just seems so forceful that kind of reading between the lines I get the feeling he is leaning towards going out of state. I may be 100% off and reading too much into the statement but we'll find out soon enough.

Dunno where else Eno ends up. Young and Carter are committed, but Texas (seems) to still want him. Not a ton of RB depth, especially considering Warren is probably gone after next year. Kyle Porter and Kirk Johnson aren't the long term answers there, I'm guessing. Michigan maybe is an option if they strike out with Najee, but they won't know that as of Benjamin's commit date. ASU has Ballage, Richard, Jaason Lewis and a back already committed, but I guess maybe he goes there?

Honestly think Utah may be the choice for Benjamin, but no idea.

mse, read an article today that makes me think its Bama for Gibbs.
Dawg Nation wrote:
It will all ultimately come down to one thing.

“(It will be) pretty much based off the opportunity I have to play,” Gibbs said. “That’s what I will be making my decision off of.”

Alabama has also told Gibbs he could also come right in and play even in a mix with all those safeties who were elite recruits in their day, too. The Tide only has one safety in its top-rated recruiting class up to this point. The other major talking point for Gibbs with Alabama is that the Crimson Tide did not sign a single safety in its top-rated class from a year ago.

Gibbs said that Alabama was on him “hard.” He said that the Tide has been and will be in contact with him every single day from this day on.

He had an interesting description of how he felt when he took his first official visit this fall. That one was to Alabama for the Texas A&M game. “I felt more than comfortable,” Gibbs said. “I felt like I could already be in their system. I felt like I could already be there.”

Eno's going to ASU. We ran out of RB slots after Young committed. We'd probably make an exception and find room if someone like JK Dobbins gets cold feet about going up to Ohio, but barring some unforeseen along those lines, we're done at RB.
