I dont know much about the players, but I can't argue much. I guess I would like to see an athletic LB earlier, but can't complain. Great job overall

Don't know about the players, not that big of a draftnik. ILB however is not a need for the Rams. We moved Alec Ogletree there this past off season and he's been great. He's currently in year 4 and if he's not resigned first the 5th year option should be extended to him. Overall I like the positions drafted but a lot could change when we hopefully get a new head coach.

Great draft for Miami. Targeting a CB earlier would be the only thing I'd do differently.

Overall it's not a bad draft as you hit the majority of our needs with solid players. The only real pick i have a question about is in the 2nd round.

Do you have Sutton as a FS for the Falcons in the nfl or do you think he can play FS. If the answer is yes then cool and i have no complaints with the draft at all truthfully. If the answer is no then that pick needs to be changed as CB isn't on our list of needs. It is probably the 1 position we have the most youth and talented players at on our entire team. Trufant, Alford, Collins, Poole, and Goodwin are all under 26 yrs old and all of them have done a pretty damn good job for the Falcons at the Cb position. The problem we have in the secondary is Ricardo Allen at FS he has looked pretty bad there and is our weak link for sure.

The change i would personally make is going Billy Price at RG in the 2nd round as he fits our ZBS perfectly and is one of the better ones in the draft to finish our o-line out. Then in the 4th round go Jonathon Ford at FS from Auburn who is probably the 3rd best FS in this draft imo.

Lawson - DE - Big fan of his i think he will be a stud at the next level.
Price - RG - Perfect ZBS fit and our only real need on offense.
Brantley - DT - We need someone to help Grady and to push the pocket.
Ford- FS - Top tier FS prospect i like alot and 1 of our biggest needs.
Conner - RB (good choice for a power RB)
Leamon - OT - OL Depth is always good this late in the draft.
Nickerson - ILB - Sure why not Lb depth and ST player could do worse.

Thats about best i could ask for in your draft hitting all of our needs with good talent, Value, and scheme fit.

Walker is a solid DT but to me he quit on his team and has to many concussions already before he even hits the pros. Caleb Brantley is a guy from Florida that has alot of upside and potential i think he is a better prospect than walker with less negatives.

At that point in round 2.

If Jackson is still there at 55. I would just rather trade up and get him. That would be a steal.

Also in the 7th, I would rather us take a flier on Seth Russell.

Ravens need OL help within those first 4 rounds if not double dipping, particularly at C.

Getting 2 more mid-round WRs isn't going to help our already pretty deep corps. We may lose Sr, but we already have a plethora of JAGs in Perriman, Moore, Aiken, we don't need to add 2 more when we have plenty of needs elsewhere.

S (particularly FS)
CB
OC
OG/RT
WR
OLB

is probably the order I'd list them in.

I don't know enough about the prospects yet, so hope this helps.

Please stop mocking Kaaya to the Cardinals. He's likely staying senior year and I don't want him at all. Also Quincy Wilson should be the first CB taken off the board. He's so good.

Don't care for the Jets draft. I like Peppers, but tackle is a much bigger need at this point than guard in the 2nd. We also need LB help. Also, we'll have a comp pick (a 4th rounder if i'm not mistaken). We got it back when we cut Jarvis Jenkins.

You don't have the Lions picks 100% right. They traded Kyle Van Noy and their 7th round pick to the Patriots for their 6th round pick. They also traded Michael Williams to the Patriots for their 7th round pick. So, the Lions should have their original 6th and the Patriots 6th, and then they swap their 7th round picks. The Lions should have pick 212 and pick 249, not the Patriots.

The Lions did also trade a conditional 7th for Jon Bostic, but the conditions were not met so they got to keep their pick (which was then later used in the Van Noy trade)

Not sure I would've taken the same players, but I can't complain. You hit the Patriots needs.

If we could've gotten Quincy Wilson CB Florida and D'Onta Foreman RB Texas instead with our first two picks, much prefer that. Overall, good selections. Sebastian Vollmer is likely done in New England, so the Tayler Moton selection is intriguing.

NOTE: i dont know if it's against the forum rules to "promote" another post, but i'll take this down if it is.

I'm beyond ready for draft season! If anyone else is, there's a GM Mock Draft being put together right now and just about every team is still up for grabs. http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=583296

Since I don't know the majority of these players I don't really know what to say. But great job overall and You obviously know what Dallas needs. I like the players/positions for Dallas. Wish there was a good Safety available though, but you can't get every position covered I guess.
