Why is Jerry Jones up for the HOF but Pat Bowlen is not? That's ridiculous.

I think we could all agree Dawkins and Lynch are deserving. I'm on the fence with TD, he could wait a few years if he does get in. Ty law on that list is a joke.

this is his 10th year of eligibility, does that count as "waiting a few years"?

I suppose so but every year as I look at the list of players, I just can't justify him going over some of the "sure-fire" players.

TD should get in eventually if nothing else than for being the most productive running back in NFL playoff history (and it isn't close), but it doesn't upset me too much when he gets passed over. I think he will get in at some point.

Not like Atwater and Gradishar, who both should have been first ballot selections. And Jerry Jones over Bowlen is such a joke.

HoF voting is now underway (Saturday Feb 4th).

The rumor is that, for RBs, LaDainian Tomlinson looks like he will get enough votes but Terrell Davis won't be voted in this year.

This is how I feel. Flagrant how the Broncos are disrespected in the HOF, smh

I'm glad Davis got in, but don't agree with it. He had a great, but short career. Letting Davis in means that guys like Priest Holmes, Shaun Alexander, and Jamal Lewis should get in as well.

Longevity should be part of the criteria. None of the above names had that. Now that Davis is in anyone who put forth an elite 3-4 years should be in as well.

The argument that probably separates Davis is his playoff supremacy, and his OPOY/MVP like years together. Alexander, Lewis & Holmes all have the OPOY/MVP like years, but weren't instrumental cogs to SB winning teams.

It's unfair, because SB winners aren't just because of 1-2 players, but I imagine that's the basis for separation that will be used. Kind of like how so many 70's Steelers got in.

Tell that to Gale Sayers, similar careers

TD is definitely deserving, a big CONGRATS to him !!

TD definitely deserved to get in. He did his waiting, and while longevity does knock him down its what he did with the limited time he did play and the stage that he did it on.

What's really worth it is seeing Arrowhead whine and not see the irony in comparing him to Priest Holmes.
