If hurry up is what it takes for Flacco to not suck, then...

i think jerry paid the refs or something. so many missed PI calls for the cowboys and they're getting called for the ravens

Tavon Young should have been on Beasley this entire game. Even with Jimmy out.

Putting him on large receivers doesn't work, and Beasley has been getting open on Powers and co. Just wasting him.

And literally the next play after I post that, Beasley with a big catch, easily beating Powers.

Completely agree. As much as we can praise Tavon Young this year, lining him up against Dez Bryant with 10 yards cushing is just putting Young in a bad position where he has close to zero chance to succeed.

By the end of this game, the Cowboys offense will have had possession on like 45 of 60 minutes of football.

But our defense is supposed to be elite.

jimmy-less defense isn't elite. the talent drop off after jimmy is too big

Wasn't just the lack of Jimmy Smith. The lack of pass rush was a killer. Defense couldn't get off the field and give the offense a chance to put points on the board.

Well, we put up a half of decent football and then just flunked on both sides of the ball.

On to cincy next week. If we sweep the division, we might have a shot although this team has so many issues.

they're the top offense in the league. can't expect the defense especially without jimmy to hold them under 20 pts. the offense needed to show up today and they didn't

You defense is Elite, we're just also an Elite offense.

Good game guys, I'm really sorry the game was so ugly in terms of penalties. Wish it would have been cleaner. Your run defense is ridiculous but the TOP is going to wear down anyone. Goodluck the rest of the way you should win your division imho.

The way you guys managed to sustain drives really where the difference in this game combined with the stupid penalties the Ravens committed.

The way your front office has build that offense is really the way to go, because those 5 guys up front puts the rest of your guys in better situations to succeed

Also that 6.th rounder you got at cornerback really came through a couple of times.

Best of luck the rest of the season.

I'm really curious how you guys think the cowboys match up against the other teams you've played this year? Like the raiders for example?

You guys easily have the best run defense we've played.

I mean, Dallas were and seemed like the best team we've played to this point. The Raiders had far less success on the ground, which made the game closer, since Dallas was able to keep that threat. I think the Raiders passing offense is more potent, though. Dak played a great game, but we made a lot of things easy for him. We played like we would let Dak beat us if he could sit in the pocked and make throws, and he did. Don't want to say one absence defined the game, but missing Jimmy Smith messed up the whole secondary. 5'9" 180 Tavon Young, shouldn't have been on Dez, especially on the goal line. Without faith in the corners' press abilities, there was no pressure either. Carr has two receivers he can beat even good coverage with.

Dallas has a better and more fundamentally sound defense, but it's hard to tell with how erratic Flacco has been this year. Overall, we definitely haven't played anyone better.
