Kansas City Chiefs @ Carolina Panthers

1pm ET Sunday

Keys to the game
- Contain Kelce
- Get the pass rush started early
- Stick to the running game

Prediction
The Chiefs are coming off of a narrow defeat over the lowly Jags. This a defense we can take advantage of and run all over. With the Chiefs having legit playmakers in their secondary, I'd like to see Cam throw more conservatively.

If we continue with this pass rush trend from the last few games and pressure Smith I see this game being lop sided early. Their running game is still banged up along with Maclin who may not even play, we have the potential to easily shut down this offense. Traveling to east coast and playing an early game will hurt them.

24-13 the good guys

Don't think we win by 11. Gonna be a tough matchup. Could see their D getting pressure on Cam. I do think we pull it out, though. This team is ready to make a push. 24-20 Panthers.

I think this is the game that we really figure out what type of team will be for the 2nd half of the season. Playoff quality opponent. If we are serious about making a playoff run, this is the type of game that we need to win to right the ship.

Looks like they will have majority of their injured players back. Smith, Houston, Ware to name a few. Maclin will probably be a game time decision. Maclin is the only one that really scares me. We've proven this season that we can handle the rushing attack along with TD and Luke covering TEs (Kelce). I could see us Maclin getting behind the secondary a few times.

Overall, I think this a statement game for us at home.

24-20 Panthers

So much for that.

Reid just said Houston is likely out. Howard and Maclin will be out as well.

One thing about playing KC you all will likely appreciate...they very rarely take any late hits or cheap shots on the QB. Jaye Howard is really the only guy and even he rarely gets one and he's out today.

O is looking a little better. Olsen is solid as always and finally starting to get KB involved. If we continue to pressure Smith I like our chances. also have to shut down their run game. Cam is looking good. hope lee is ok though. He's been our mvp

I mean come on guys. You really think these second half collapses aren't coaching related?

Newton's a buffoon for that INT. Benjamin is just terrible. But why even pass there? Why call a pass where the player can't get out of bounds barring an absolute miracle? Why call a pass to our slowest player with the worst hands?

This team gets out-coached in the second half EVERY WEEK. Even last week against the Rams. Rivera can't adjust to save his damn life.

blown. this team sucks. no heart. no fight. dumb mistakes all around. I pin this blame on newton and now KB. bad sack that took us out of FG range. bad int that was returned for a td. horrible fumble that led to the winning fg. season is over. time to look to the off season and some serious soul searching.

The defense has really come alive these past couple of weeks, but man our offense cannot get it together. Our O-line is horrendous. Cam is constantly worried about getting hit. Overall its just a bad bad time to be a Panthers fan

How could they blow up such a confortable lead?

This entire team (coaches and players) has zero comprehension of situational football

KC could not do anything on offense all day, so why take risks??? Terrible interception by newton, on the int return everybody was looking to strip the ball e nobody would tackle the guy, OMG rivera trying to win with 29 seconds deep in your own territory with 0 timeouts !!!! What are the odds???

This is why we lost the superbowl

Now I'm done wtih this season

Oh.. and by the way.. fire ron rivera right now... what a garbage coach..
