It's a great thing we decided to carry 5 running backs

I was really starting to get excited for Vereen, except for the fumbles

Guessing Darkwa is going to be getting a lions share this week. I like the way the guy runs.

He's an otherwise good player, but I'm terrified every time he gets tackled.

No huge loss IMO

but you still have to look at his production, I liked him a whole lot better than jennings, but I'm not worried either the front office did a good job with depth.

It's Bobby Rainey time.

Apparently he tore his triceps on the play he fumbled. If there are good excuses for fumbling, tearing your triceps is probably one of them.

I hope Rainey has Vereen's role full-time going forward.

Giants could get a nice boost in two weeks. They're eyeing the Dec 11 game vs Dallas for RB Shane Vereen's return from IR. That's the hope.

It won't harm to have him back. Actually yeah cos Dallas like to strip the ball so he could be an issue there.

I don't thin our offense will be all that different.

He won't have a major impact but it will be nice to have a dangerous weapon with reliable hands out of the backfield. Pretty sure he led the team in receptions in a couple games before he was injured.
