I can't believe that gutless little piece of **** took a few extra dollars over a chance to start. He's 31. This was his last shot.
That tells you everything you ever need know about Kelly Holcomb. Good riddance. |

They already named JP Losman the starter after they got rid of Bledsoe anyways... that ticks me off... _________________

This is probably for the best, as he would have probably broken his wrist signing the contract.
I guess it's time for plan B. |

Thanks, but no thanks. I'll still pass.
Plan B is Trent Dilfer.
Plan C is Jay Fiedler.
Somewhere farther down the list of plans is drafting a QB.
I don't know how having three young QBs could make a team better. |

Bottom line is that Holcomb is too brittle to last as a starter for the full season. I do not want us to draft a QB, but Dilfer sounds fine for 2 years or so... _________________ Savage to the rescue |

You can protest all you like, but those aren't my plans, those are the front office's plans.
What would you have us do at QB then? |

Please tell me where you heard that. I would love to see my fantasy as a printed rumor. |

How do you know this? Are you best friends with Phil? I doubt it _________________

I read a lot about the Browns. You don't have to know people to be in the know, just have an internet connection. I get all my information from the quotes of our coach and GM.
About five different sites mentioned the Dilfer thing as a backup plan to not signing Kelly before he signed with Buffalo. A couple have said the efforts would be stepped up now that Kelly is out of the picture.
