Can Alex Anzalone be the Jordan Hicks of this draft? Aka Good if he stays healthy?

Yes. I said for most of the season that he was better than Jarrad Davis when healthy. But the problem is that he struggles staying healthy.

Peppers isn't big enough to play LB. Shaq Thompson was damn near 230 lbs coming out of college.

Peppers is 5'11" 215ish. He can play LB. Mark Barron and Deone Bucannon have both proven capable.

I haven't seen a ton of Barron, but I've seen Bucannon get pushed around in the run game. It's going to happen when you're that size and involved in heavy traffic. 5'11 215 isn't ideal LB size, I'm sorry. I think he's going to get eaten alive in traffic.

I'm checking to a run every time he is on the field if i'm a QB....

Have at it. If you're a quality QB, you're doing my team a favor.

Yet, the Cardinals and Rams have both had quality defenses the past couple of years.

Teams want smaller, more athletic LBs to slow down passing attacks. And it's not like it's unprecedented to have Will and Chase LBs who don't fight off blocks well in the running game.

If you're putting a guy like Peppers in heavy traffic, you either have failed as a DC or your front four has failed your defense.

Glad to see someone shares my concerns. I've never seen a guy miss so many tackles. He ducks, dives, and whiffes on the reg.

I'm pretty sure I got blasted early in the year for calling him out for poor tackling. Laughing

I like Blair Brown quite a bit. Could be another London Fletcher.

I don't think he's that good. I liked Zierlein's comparison of Gary Brackett. Stephen Tulloch might be another comparison. He's a missile in the run game.

I just watched him today and I was really impressed. Super violent, never misses a tackle, and excellent at shooting gaps. His combine numbers are really good as well, mockdraftable had his athletic comp as Eric Kendricks.

I think Indiana LB Marcus Oliver could be a late round/udfa pick who ends up starting for 5+ years.
