4 RB
5 OT or OG

we need to move back, not up.

That tends to work out like crap for us. We need to get good players. Not 10 average ones.

there's no guarantee you're getting a good player by moving up, just like there's no guarantee you're getting the better value by moving back. stop acting like moving up for Corey Davis guarantees us a good player.

I feel like it comes the closest to guaranteeing a good player that we we're gonna get. I'd rather have just Corey Davis than your whole mock draft- and that's with me liking Conley, Hunt, and Wilson.

i disagree 100% - trading up or down is a crap shoot, not a science.

..but we'll agree to disagree here

How is our recent history drafting guys in the late 1st, early 2nd?
You can't disagree that we suck at drafting guys in that area. Lane and Fletcher Cox are our only impact players (Graham on occasion too). Remember where we drafted them? It wasn't in the late 1st, early 2nd. We should not trade back even if we're taking a CB.

i don't disagree that we suck at drafting - i disagree that you believe trading up guarantees us a good player, because it doesn't.

I like Corey Davis - i think he's a good player, but i don't think he's the type of talent you trade up for (especially if you go out and sign someone like Alshon Jeffery).

We need the Titans to sign Jeffrey. And with their cap room, they probably will make a big run at him.
Again, Corey Davis isn't a guarantee, but I think he's as close to a guarantee as we can get.

I prefer to go corner in the first, and get WR in free agency and after the first. Don't get me wrong, I really like Davis. But I think the talent at WR through out the draft is better than corner. I feel like corner is real top heavy. If we got a WR in free agency like Britt or Desean, then drafted a guy in the third and say the sixth, I think that'd be good. Without spending a lot of money in free agency, it's going to be hard to get a number one corner which we desperately need if we trade up for Davis.

7 Aaron Jones RB

I want us to sign AJ Bouye and then have a draft like this.

1 Corey Davis WR
2 Tre'Davious White CB
3 Jourdan Lewis CB
4 Duke Riley LB
4 Dede Westbrook WR
5 Ardarius Stewart WR
6 Deatrich Wise DE
7 Jordan Morgan OG

My perfect draft would probably start with Marshon Lattimore, but its highly unlikely he makes it to us.

I also love Carlos Henderson, but I wanted to get 2 corners by the 3rd round, so I couldn't fit him in here.

3 wr's is a bit much for a team with only 8 picks and several needs. Replace Stewart with a RB, QB, TE, OT, or DT

Well, Tony Pauline said we are interested in T.J. Logan (UNC RB), so you could put him in there. CBS has him projected as a 6th-7th rounder.

I think I would go C if that was the case Jeezla.

I feel like if you combined several of them it could be perfect. But of those scenarios I go D.

Dalvin Cook
Tredavious White
Chad Hansen
Jake Butt
Damontae Kazee

Sydney Jones
Tredavious White
Joe Mixon
Taywan Taylor
KD Cannon

Corey Davis
Tredavious White
Joe Mixon
Corn Elder
KD Cannon

Those three scenarios are better imo using the guys you picked and where you think they go. Then get a DE like Deatrick Wise, Ejuan Price, or Keionta Davis.

A with a CB in FA would be awesome.

B and D are solid second places to me. If I could mix and match I might also advocate for the following:

B/D
1 Dalvin Cook RB
2 TreDavious White CB
3 Rasul Douglas CB/Jourdan Lewis CB
4 Taywan Taylor WR
4 Trey Hendrickson DE

With Alshon in FA.

A or D. Those would be ideal for me if we can add one or two pieces through FA.

D then C, take Butt out of C and replace him with a WR and I would move that ahead.

What about this:

1) Corey Davis
2) Jourdan Lewis
3) Connor Kupp
4) Joe Mixon
4) Corn Elder
5) Damien Mama

All 5 guys would have a solid chance of having a huge impact from Day 1

Maybe sign a FA Vet at RB like Jamaal Charles on a reasonable deal if possible.

Sign Chance Warmack for OL depth and a chance to start at LG.

Trade Kendricks. He doesn't play much.

Sign a FA CB.

D or C - but like someone else said if you replace Butt with a receiver (maybe Coley or Josh Reynolds) then C pulls ahead.

Exactly. Applause Applause Applause

The Underwear Olympics have truly become a joke and more about making the NFL and NFLN MONEY!!!. The only good thing that occurs IMO that should effect a Big Board is the interviews and interaction GM/Coaches might get with a player for the first time. Just like Carson Wentz had on our FO last year.
