I would like to welcome you all to FFMD 2016. This is the beginning of a very interesting yet fun process known as FFMD. With the draft right around the corner, it is time to assemble a staff. If you want to participate without an official job title, that is fine too. I just think the job title adds realism to this journey. EVERYONE'S opinion is ALWAYS welcomed.

Here are the current positions available:

Key Jobs:
Front Office:
Assistant General Manager -
2nd in line to the GM and assists the GM in all areas. He will explore trade options around the league and all trade offers are directed through him to then announce in the war room for discussion. If the GM is unavailable the Assistant GM is able to make draft picks. Only the GM and Assistant GM have this ability. Becomes the active GM in the absence of the nominated GM.

Director of College Scouting -
Helps decide needs and works with the national scouts to develop a big board for the draft.

Coaching Staff:
Head Coach -
Has a key part in all decisions, but his focus is mainly on the team itself, rather than looking for trade options, etc… The draft board and player targets should be of importance to him as adding players he views as a fit for his system is critical.
Offensive Coordinator -
Defensive Coordinator -

***If needed, I can always create more jobs***

Same for me, the evenings should be ok but until about 6pm PST during the week I'll be pretty swamped.

I can take up the Director of College Scouting, but just to ensure my availability what does the time commitment look like?

I'm not paying you so your time commitment is whatever you are willing to put in. Laughing

I'm not expecting a ton of trades, but who should we place on the block? My suggestions:

QB Nick Foles
RB Tre Mason
WR Kenny Britt
TE Lance Kendricks
G Rodger Saffold
C Tim Barnes
DT Michael Brockers

Brockers to me is iffy, would need quite a deal.

I would add Akeem Ayers to this list.

Right. Definitely not willing to sell on him short. Just has an expiring contract and the class is deep. I'd be looking for 2nd round value. Ayers is a good idea.

I have an official offer I think we should go through with, what do you all think?

Tre Mason to the Raiders for their 5th rounder, #154. Thoughts?

Take it . Plenty of capable RBs on the roster to replace the value of Mason. Raiders are making out in this deal, but hey they might move to STL one day so let's throw them a bone...

PS: you're welcome Chris00cm
