Go somewhere to be there, not for the buffet on the damn boat.

You didn't go to Jamaica if you went there on a cruse and you got off the boat for three hours.
You were still on the boat and Jamaica knew it.
You are a fraud.

Just go somewhere good ..... or bad.
Eat life, B.

this is truth. don't get the appeal of being on a boat for long. just go to a place you've not been before and sample the local whiskeys.

Hahaha, my "i" sticks.

Also, Washington is a top four team.
If they are not, the Pac-12 should secede from the NCAA.

They have 12 teams which gives each team 11 games to schedule. That means the entire schedule is within the conference and there is no "you didn't play xxx" or there is no accounting for non-conference schedule.

They also have three bowls, Rose, Fiesta and Arizona/Copper/Cactus/Whatever It Is Called This Year Bowl.
Three bowls covers half of the conference.
That is what is deserved, nothing more, nothing less.

Negotiate a TV contract based on that (FOX).
Give cheap reruns for early morning/mid-day replay as they suffer for time zone restraints.
Call one of the bowls the Orange ..... Faced, Trump Bowl (for the next 4-8 years). OK, maybe not. But, Trump Bowl ... huh ... huh?

Pass player-favorable rules, ie. three strikes and you're out for weed.
Relax academic requirements.
Sell the process to advertisers, teens, recruits (also teens) and niche advertisers as a new market.
Punch'em in the junk. (Murder the recruiting process.)
Continually challenge them publicly to a "Championship" game.
WIN!

Really depends what they're into, hard to help without any knowledge about the person.

Oi lads,

I'm trying to get this girl I go to school with to come to the mutters museum with me. She's a nursing major so I think it would be cool for her to see the medical oddities and such.

What are some good cheesesteak places around that area. The museum is around 22nd and market I believe. Or would you guys just recommend going to reading terminal? She's from NC but goes to school in PA. I'm trying to culture her in Philadelphian.

Thanks friends!

PS: I'm still alive. I'm actually moving to Missouri in January for an internship and will be there until the end of May. I'm fully grown up now.

The once and future O.

Reading Terminal Market is probably better than just a couple greasy cheesesteak places. Plenty to walk around and see and eat. Although not exactly close to the Mutter Museum. As for cheesesteaks, Steve's Prince of Steaks is at 16th and Chestnut for a pretty standard yet better version of the tourist trap cheesesteak. Cleaver's is right around there as well. 18th(?) and Chestnut. Never been but heard good things.

Good luck and relieve her of her panties.

Pro tip: Eat before going to the Mutter Museum.

Dont think a medical oddity museum is the best first date choice especially if you ever feel the want to get it in.

Was just telling someone about Cleavers. It's dope. Go there if you want a cheesesteak.

I was just at a wedding at the Mutter Museum. I was bombed as hell and while I remember seeing a couple cool things, it didn't seem like a place I'd take a girl on a date, but maybe if she's a nerd she'll be into that stuff.

Village Whiskey on Samson around the block from there is a good spot too. You could also take her to Helium right down the street from there if there's a good show that day.

Beat me to it. That was the closest of the bigger ones that I can think of, that said Reading Terminal market is probably a much better "date" idea. I'd recommend DiNics Roast Pork sandwich if you do make it there.

Never been to Cleavers, maybe I should make the trip.

I've done that Village Whiskey/Helium Comedy club loop more than once in my life. 100% success rate, highly recommend.

Update: She is a nerd. She is studying to be a nurse which is why I figured the mutters museum would be cool for her. And I was ideally planning on running around center city so even though reading terminal is like 10+ blocks away I wouldn't care.
