I'm willing to bet Seattle goes with a DB with their 2nd round pick. Obi, King, or Jones I'd say.

I'd take that bet. They can have their choice of one of the 2 top offensive line prospects of which the class isn't deep, or take a d back in a loaded d back class. If they were smart, they would go on the line. Plus, their line is utterly horrific, much worse then their defensive backfield.

Yes, but how often has Seattle taken OL early? Once. Last year. They like to take athletes. Im not saying they wont do it, but I think its 70-30 they go defense.

Don't worry. Cable will convert a DL. Laughing

I won't be surprised if it's Obi. He might be able to play CB in their scheme.

Why'd we take a TE in the 2nd round? I thought the guy we took last year as pretty promising.

My expectation is that they'll treat them as different type of players. McVay sees Everett as his Jordan Reed. Reed often lines up as a slot WR or outside. Higbee will still likely see a lot of snaps as the inline TE.

Precisely. And he'll do a fine job (Everett).

Troy Hill suspended for first two games. What is it with Rams cornerbacks named Hill?

Still think he sees playing time when he gets back.

This was expected from the issue he had last year that we released him for.

For Depth. Sounds like a decent rotational option.

Was a great move. Very unheralded player. Was stuck on the worst run D in NFL history but held his own against the run.

Rams are giving John Toth a try out per Rich Hammonds. That should make some people will be happy with that. He was often mocked to us in the 4th round.
