Nah. We've already got a bunch of interior guys.

After the Dallas game last year I am 100% convinced that you need to keep your o-linemen stocked up to the max

But that was almost all Gosder Cherilus.

Not one of them is as talented as Jason Kelce. He'd be an immense upgrade a center...

Marpet says hi. And I'd rather try him at center and keep our pick(s).

Mike Smith referred to Noah Spence as a LB. I wonder if that means we really are gonna be running more 3/4 defense. Or maybe we'll use Spence like Atlanta does Beasley; SLB in 4/3 and DE in nickel.

Marpet to center is happening. I was hoping TB would keep him at guard but the coaches have made their minds up. We're going to roll with the same guys add Sweezy. This is a big year for Donovan Smith and Demar Dotson as either guy could be replaced in the draft next year.

It's a big contract year for Pamphile too. I hope he balls and we keep him.

At this point, I'd still say Kelce is the better player of the two. Doesn't mean if Marpet continues to play well and progress that wouldn't change...

Regardless, I'd love to have Kelce at C and Marpet at G, especially for a 4th/5th round pick. Doesn't sound like it'll happen though as all signs point to Marpet getting a crack at C...

Yep. Also if some remember, after Marpet was drafted, licht did say they projected him at center. It's happening in year three. He's smart and he's a physical upgrade. Wouldn't be surprised if he becomes one of the best centers in the league.

as much as i would have rather had Marpet at RG , moving him to center gives us a better opportunity of having the best 5 OLinemen out there at the same time
i feel like if you are a great Guard, the move to Center cant really be that difficult, or is it just me?

So apparently Noah Spence is down to about 240lbs. Is he gonna start at SLB like Vic Beasley? I thought the plan was for him to get closer to 270lbs so he can take over as a full time DE once Ayers goes.

Spence is a speed/finesse DE absolutely no way the Bucs were going to ask him to bulk up. I feel like at 255 he is probably maxing out his 6'2 frame tbqh. I think at college he played around 245 ish area. Either way, we need him to play huge for us as a pass rusher.

He put on weight and was over 250 last year. I just find it odd that he dropped about 15lbs. I think it would be tough to line up against 300+lb OTs consistently at 240lbs. Especially with his hand in the dirt.

I think the idea is to get McCoy off the field a little more over the first three quarters so he's fresh in the fourth. I wonder if we're gonna mix in more 3/4 than we thought.
