I like our Home schedule.

I think with one or two exceptions, most of those teams look fairly weak. Draft aside, I don't think a lot of those teams will be able to fix enough of their shortcomings over the offseason to scare us given the cap and what not.

The away schedule, on the other hand, scares me.

I'm turning this into our schedule thread.

Jets are said to open at home, so Giants will be away.

So 4 out of the past 5 years we have opened vs Dallas. For goodness sake.

That meaningless win in the last week made us get Seattle and Green Bay Evil or Very Mad

Just heard on NFL Network this is tied for the 2nd easiest schedule. Dallas is tied for 4th easiest. Philly has the 7th easiest. Washington has the 16th easiest.

Starting your season off with a loss again.

Its going to be quite a shock getting used to the west coast times for Giants games. That 630AM is a killer

Haven't won a regular season opener since 2010. So only fitting.

I'll be ecstatic if we come out of that first 6 week span at 3-3

But realistically right now I see it something like..

at Dallas L
vs. Saints L
vs Skins W
at Vikes L
at Pack L
vs Ravens W

at Rams W
Bye
vs Eagles W
vs Bengals L
vs Bears W
at Browns W
at Steelers L
vs Cowboys W
vs Lions W
at Eagles W
at Skins W

9-7 and that's contingent on a Philly and Wash sweep which is unlikely. I know win percentage wise we have one of the easier schedules but certainly doesn't feel easy to me.. also that Saints game is winnable but we just don't seem to play them very well.

I think you are being pessimistic with your prediction. Romos first game I dont think he is going to shred us. We are already much improved and deeper than last year. What has dallas done? I'm not knocking them, I'm just being real.

Saints wont win in our house. They flat out arent good, and they havent gotten any better. Pus them in NO as opposed to on the road is night and day.

I mean we are 1-5 against them over the last 3 seasons. And sure we spent alot of money, how those players come together and perform is another issue. We've seen time and again teams spend heavy in FA and completely falter. New regime, with a ton of new players. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they came out flat week 1 and got torched by Dallas.

No doubt. Like I said that Saints game is winnable. But until I get to see this team in action a little, right now with what I have to judge by my gut tells me we lose. I think we start slow and finish the season strong. Basically the opposite of how we usually started under TC.

Let's see your predictions Cool

A 12-4 season would be amazeballs. But I just don't see it. I like your enthusiasm though. I'll gladly eat crow if you're right. Cool
