Indianapolis Colts Staff
GM - stallyns
Head Coach - spilltray
Asst. GM - IndyColts#88
Offensive Coordinator - :Colts:
Offensive Scout - zook_05
Defensive Coordinator - Broncosfan_101
Defensive Scout - SUfbondarebound
Scouts - panzer
please post what position your interested in and we shall have a vote later to determine who gets what, also remember you can only be on staff for one team, and we need to solidify these positions by Saturday the 8th
everyone is welcome to join in some capacity
Job Descriptions
-General Manager- Will make all of the final decisions, and is in control of everything, ranging from trades to picks, but he should not let the power go to his head. The HC, and the rest of the staff should be greatly infulencing every decision he makes.
-Head Coach- Has a key part in all of the decisions, but his focus is mainly on the team itself, rather than looking up players or searching for trade options.
-Assistant GM- Very close to the GM, but his job mostly involves looking for trade options around the league. When he hears another team's player/pick is on the block, he tries to get a feel for different deals they can make for that player/pick and sends that info to the team. Trade offers should be directed towards him, and he shares them with the team. He is not the onyl one who can talk or negotiate trades, but trades should be sent through him, and he should be very involved in the trade situation.
-Offensive Coordinator- Helps decide needs and works with the offensive scout to look for help on offense. Focus is on fitting the guy into their specific team.
-Offensive scout- Is responsible for helping out with info on all offensive players- college and pro. Works with the offensive coordinator to work out good offensive picks.
-Defensive Coordinator-Helps decide needs and works with the defensive scout to look for help on offense. Focus is on fitting the guy into their specific team.
-Defensive scout- Is responsible for helping out with info on all defensive players- college and pro. Works with the defensive coordinator to work out good defensive picks.
Scout- Their jobs are focused on the draft. They should help out with all decisions however, and are not just limited to helping out with the draft. They have no specific job, but they offer their opinions and advice on all matters. There may be multiple scouts on one staff.

| SUfbondarebound couldn't make the committment this time around so Asst GM is for certain , and FOX 56 is probably joining his teams (Dallas)staff this time around, but no positions carry over from last time anyways |

Do you mean he has the Asst. GM job locked or he cant do the Asst. GM job, because i would LOVE to have that job, if not that job then any of the other jobs would be solid aswell. _________________

Indianapolis Colts Staff
GM - stallyns
Head Coach - TBA
Asst. GM - TBA (IndyColt#88 )?
Offensive Coordinator - TBA (:Colts:)?
Offensive Scout - TBA
Defensive Coordinator - TBA
Defensive Scout - TBA (SUfbondarebound)?
Scouts - TBA
o.k. well IndyColt#88 has been hinting about being Asst. GM. so unless any one else would like to have that role, I like the nomination.
:Colts: you said anything offense, so I am thinking OFF COOR. How do you feel about that?
broncosfan_101, it would be great to have you aboard, especially with the work you do in the Mock Draft forum you probably have a good sense of who and what players aren't worth even scouting, since I've got OFF COOR possibly filled, would you like DEF COOR?
positions are not set in stone yet so if anyone sees a different spot they feel would best suit them let us know.

Greetings!
Looks like you are a bit shorthanded here. I come to offer assistance.
Just let me know what you need. OC is probably the position I'd be least qualified for, but I think I'd be able to pull off any job you need.
Send me a PM if you'd like me aboard. _________________
