I think we under performed via defense..
But there were games In which we were dominant..

The dude put a scary no name defense in Wash!!
And a ton of our guys were hurt or in and out of the line up..

Then you had the defense out there for 59 mins for every game..

I think he was a good hire for y'all.. he showed he could build a great D.
But we were just to inconsistent at times.

How do you guys feel about funerals?

I hate them. When I die I want to be cremated and just dumped out somewhere. No fancy urn. No procession. No wake. No pinatas. No cake.

If my loved ones want to have dinner for the sake of them grieving I'll allow it.

Think they are morbid and would never want myself to be put through one. So i never go to any. Really weird custom that just seems sick to me.

I agree. Don't worry. I won't go to your funeral.

I've gotten two bad ankle sprains over the last two months that both put me out about 3 weeks after never having a bad ankle sprain the last ~15 years of playing sports.

Idk if there's science on it but I've heard that once you have an ankle sprain you are more susceptible to another.

putting together a build-a-team game where you bid on players & there's a hard cap. putting the rules together for it. but i suck at running things cause i get super busy sometimes. and other times am just an unreliable leader. need two other guys that would like to be involved in keeping this thing going once i get it started. let me know if you're cool w/ being involved in running it.

just kinda my basic idea for it. Super disorganized and just kinda throwing things down as I thought of them. If you got ideas for it let me know because i just decided i wanted to do this like 20 minutes ago

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

* 115 Million Dollar Hard-Cap
* 15 Man Roster
* 30 Teams

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You Nominate 15 players to be bid upon:

One 5 Year Contracts
Three 4 Year Contracts
Three 3 Year Contracts
Four 2 Year Contracts
Five 1 Year Contracts

Your roster can end up having 15 1 year contracts if that's how it works out. You just nominate players w/ a year amount and then everyone else bids on the contract. Once you win a total amount of money you can structure it either flat, increasing, or decreasing.

There's no player/team options. There's no matching rights. Once their contract ends they're free for anyone to sign again.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For the nomination process, I'll (whoever else is running this will me) PM ppl when they're good to nominate another player. Don't want it flooded w/ players being bid on.

But as far as the bidding goes, the person who nominated will have picked the amount of years... you bid for the total amount. Then structure it however you want.

But in no year can you ever be scheduled to be going over the hard cap. For ever year you must be projected to be below the hard cap. If the cap goes crazy or something we can just multiply everyone's contracts to reflect more appropriate values if ppl give care about that.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You can trade too. No vetoes.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Draft Order for future years will be determined by voting after each season.
