I think his other catch running into the CF wall robbed the same hitter. His reaction afterwards was hilarious. Laughing

Nope. This catch robbed Johnny Monell and the other robbed Brandon Allen. Both either clapped or tipped their caps to him after the catches. If you watch the video of the play, Monell is standing with his jaw down for a good few seconds. Laughing

TF, you have GOT to be kidding me LOL.

In May, he had a 113 wRC +.

Through 20 days of June, he has a 162 wRC+

He's hitting .254/.400/.542 this month and is only behind George Springer in WAR over the last two months.

It is legit crazy to think of bringing up Singleton right now. What because he struck out 4 times in a game? Come on , man.

You honestly expect him to keep up with those numbers? We need more on base guys in the lineup and quite frankly nothing irks me more in baseball is an offense that strikes out a ton. We are still in position for the future, and can you honestly say Carter is the future at 1B? Singleton needs a shot. It isnt about the 4 K's although last night his performance/effort at the plate was terrible. At least Singleton has upside still. Carter is what he is. A guy that either K's a lot or hit homers. Sure he takes a walk here or there, but Singleton can as well. Kemp and Singleton should be in the majors right now.

Honestly we should have traded Carter during the winter while he had value.

You're calling for the demotion of a guy who has a 135.8 wRC+ over the last 2 months. That's an indefensible position.

Astros close to promoting Appel to AAA. He has definitely turned the corner recently, and hopefully he keeps it up. He could be a huge addition to our rotation later in the season or possible deadline trade piece.

Doing the math of our current top 10 rounds of guys already signed, we've saved 1.015 million. Still with Bregman, Daz, Ferrell, and I think 1 other left to sign.
