I officially can't stand my S7 Edge.

It honestly feels slower/less fluid than my 2 year old Moto X Pure.

I'm not sure if my frustration is just me not being used to Samsung's systems compared to pure android, or if this phone just isn't for me.

Can't stand the Samsung keyboard, the curved sides are useless, and it just seems like so many unnecessary BS is built into this phone that hinders it's performance.

Ugh...rant over.

Samsung software is sooo much better they said
You are just a hater and are probably thinking of the old Samsungs they said

Samsung needs to stop focusing solely on hardware.

Sadly couldn't make it to the OnePlus5 launch on Wednesday.

Phone looks and sounds great for only 449.

Still got a year to run on my HTC 10 though!

Yea...no way I'm keeping this.

Can't believe I'm this disappointed in Androids top selling brand though.

Makes me appreciate pure android software so much more now.

P.S. Finding a good screen protector for this curved edge screen is impossible.

Why? Good chunk of the Android community says the same thing. If you weren't warned you weren't paying attention.

If you value security and performance and aren't on a budget, there are only 2 options, Pixel or iPhone.

I'm having an ongoing issue with my devices. I figured it was just my old N7 2013 at first, but now it's happened three times to my brand new Asus Zenpad 3s 10 (owned for 4 days). They will go into "sleep" mode while I'm using them. Here is the order of events:

1) The screen goes off suddenly and will stay off for minutes if I do nothing.

2) I'll press the power button once and then the device will go into sleep mode.

3) Press the power button again and the lock screen comes up.

4) I enter my PW but instead of the tablet starting, the screen will go black again.

5) Press the power button and the device goes into Sleep mode.

6) Press power button again and the lock screen comes up. Enter PW and the cycle continues over and over again.

This process goes on and on until I either restart my tablet or after several minutes the device will come back on.

I actually bought a new tablet (Zenpad) thinking the Nexus 7 was the problem with this issue, but now it's happeneing again.

The problem has happened now in 2 different apps (Moon Reader and the new Star Wars defense game), and when watching videos online in Chrome.

Any information on this issue? And thanks for the help upfront!

DAMN IT. They are going to keep the smaller one the same.

NO ONE LIKED THE DESIGN THIS YEAR GOOGLE

Well looks like I will be keeping my HTC 10 for the full 2 years. Lets hope Pixel 3 normal sized one doesnt blow.

Not liking the rumors that the Pixel 2 will have the same design as the original Pixel. Hate the wedge shape. Also no head phone jack? Come on Google...

I really hated the chin. Like, yeah, almost the whole thing was a blatant iPhone ripoff, but whatever, phones can look similar. But the chin on the first one had no purpose as the buttons were on the screen. iPhone has fingerprint there....no need to waste that screen real estate like that. The back was ugly too, but the chin on the Pixel just really annoyed me.

Anyone else feel bad for the G6? Seems like a good phone all around but unfortunately came out at basically the same time as the S8 which outclasses it in nearly every way

I thought it was being a bit overblown tbh....I never owned Samsung before now and I know how picky hardcore phone/gadget fans can be.

I just should have bought a cheap budget device until something I really wanted came out.

I'd like to flash some unbloated roms but considering I plan on either trading in or reselling this thing...Im not too comfortable with it.

I think they did the chin like that b/c you need all that real estate for front facing speakers. Not gonna lie, going from a phone that has them to one that doesn't will be a tough thing to do. They are literally perfect.

If the Pixel goes to edge-to-edge, I'm heavily going to consider it. Everything is just rumors now so I'll patiently wait b/c I still love this 6P so I'm in no hurry to upgrade. Thing is still flawless after 1.5 years.

First I think the back of the Pixel is actually really nice

Also LG G6 looks nice but their software experience is underwhelming to say the very least. Thus to answer your question, no I dont feel bad.
