What are thoughts for trade block. Here is what I am thinking so far.

Woodley
Schaub
MJD
pick 1.4 depending on who is on the board.

Hope I am not jumping the gun but I believe we need to decide on these players asap.

RFA
Chimdi Chekwa CB
Andre Holmes WR
Rod Streater WR
Kory Sheets RB
Neiko Thorpe CB
Brandian Ross S
Larry Asante S
Wayne Dorsey DT
Kyle Newhall-Caballero QB
Dre Muhammad WR
Aaron Henry S

ERFA
Marquette King P
Jamize Olawale FB
Matt McCants C
Brian Leonhardt TE
Denico Autry DE

I also believe we have to make offers to these types of players from other teams soon also.

I think all players and draft picks should be on the block for the right price. Leave a top player on it and that could spark a discussion that would not have taken place normally. Does not mean we have to trade but can plant seeds for future talks also.

Yes that is for this weekend. Then we have until the 14th I believe to resign our other guys.

In the rules this year we can only post in war room someone on the trade block along with a value we would like to get. So that is what this would be for. So I would like to narrow that list down and then we can put all picks up for standard compensation according to chart.

I believe we can still post in general that we are open to any trade.

Put Tyvon Branch and Andre Holmes on there too imo. They could have takers.

Voting has been put up for this job on this thread. I assume either one of you would help the other anyways but we need to have official primary per rules.

I honestly think having schaub/mjd on the trading block is almost laughable. Even Woodley would likely fetch no more than a conditional seventh or something.

I think you need to place guys that actually have potential appeal, like Branch, Reece could garner interesting talk. I would say Holmes but he's not on contract

It seems like most of our internal FA decisions are pretty clear cut. These are the guys I think we should tender:

- Chekwa
- Holmes
- Streater
- Thorpe
- Ross
- Asante
- King
- Olawale
- McCants
- Leonhardt
- Autry

It also helps that we don't have anyone major set to depart as a UFA. Wisniewski is the one guy and we can just hit him with the transition tag if we feel like keeping him, let the market decide his value and match if we so chose. I would like to retain Brown & Wilson as well but even if we don't, they aren't catastrophic losses.

I would throw Tuck & Branch on the trade block as well, just to see what kind of offers we might garner.

By the way, please don't make me wear a Raleigh McKenzie sig.

I'm comfortable either way, but I guess I'd recommend drfrey as the lead since he's been around longer. So Rocker can learn the process and still chip in. Plus drfrey also can still look into other things like he mentioned he might want to do. Especially with help from Rocker regarding the cap. My 2 cents.
