The NBA is so pathetic. I used to follow it quite a bit, but it seems like every year I watch/follow less and less. Even before the season started everyone and their dog knew it'd be a Cleveland/Golden State final, but the way they are stomping through the playoffs without even a slight challenge has been an embarrassment for the league.

If it weren't for Russell Westbrook and his historic season I probably wouldn't have watched a single game outside of when I could catch Milwaukee on ESPN.

This league doesn't even go 3 deep anymore and hasn't for quite a few years now. The NBA has always been somewhat repetitive from year to year, but there were at least 2 to 3 teams that could push and sometimes beat the top 2 teams in the league, which made the Conference semifinals and especially the finals must watch sports television. That isn't the case anymore.

What's worse is what GS did this series taking Leonard out. Dirtiest play in a while, affected that series completely.

Yuuuup. Changed a potential 6-7 game series to a sweep. Smdh.

I'm up in the air about the dirtiness of the play but it's really disappointing.

The silver lining to the dominance is the finals are going to be (hopefully) iconic.

Hopefully the Warriors don't stay together for too long bc there is a ton of amazing young talent around the league

John Elway should hire Cecil Lammey to do PR for the Broncos organization.

I've never heard anyone so sycophantical about the team. He makes MHR sound like cold-hearted cynics.

Just lost all the respect I had for Peyton Manning.
Much like Tiger Woods a scumbag masked by professional marketing.

Yeah, it wasn't right, but as a fervent Spurs hater, I see it as karma coming back to bite them after what they did in 2007 (Horry hip-checking Nash into the side, and Stoudemire and Diaw getting suspended because they took a step towards a fight. What a dumb rule).

And yet another year the Dodgers get a steal because the rest of the league is stupid. LAD gets at worst a top 5 player in the 20s. The knock on Kendall is that he K's too much (like 75% of MLB regulars) and that he needs a swing adjustment (even though his swing is as simple as they come). Even if Kendall hits .250 and hovers around a .300 OBP he still has gold glove potential in CF and 20/20+ capability.
