Feyenoord 1 - 0 Man Utd
Inter 0 - 2 Hapoel Be'er Sheva

Weird night in Europa. If Simeone really did reduce his contract length for Inter, I hope he thinks twice or has a back up. Yeeesh.

He put on a show today. A hand in 3 of the 4 goals and set up several other opportunities.

For team that was 'rebuilding' under Moyes and then LvG, and then spent 100M+ in the summer, they lack any real identity. It really seems like a jumble of parts put together on the pitch without any real purpose. None of their players really know how to create chances or get open, it's just individuals trying to create some moment of brilliance. The whole 'getting settled in' excuse shouldn't be an option either.

Mou though, man he has to figure something out. This is feeling a lot like his Chelsea tenure last season. Poor domestic form that spilled into Europe.

Man U vs St. Etienne
Gladbach vs Fiorentina
Villarreal vs Roma
Anderlecht vs Zenit

Should all be good matchups.

Good to see at least Europa League refs don't let Dele Alli get away with routinely being a ridiculously dirty player.

I can't believe that's his first red. Alli needs to control his temper, he's a total punk when things don't go his way.

Another year another English team disappoint in Europe.
