2016 Cleveland Browns needs updated 2/22/16

QB With #2 pick its almost a guarantee we fill it there
3/4 DE D. Bryant hasn't been that great we badly need to find a replacement and add depth late
S Either way if we resign Tashaun Gipson we will still need to start looking for a replacement for Donte Whitner.
CB Haden has concession issue, T. Williams is over the hill Gibert is a bust and the rest of the group is only dime/ Nickle package quality
ILB Dansby is past his prime Kirksey isnt the thumper we need.
OLB Kruger needs to show something this year or he done, Orchard show flashes in his rookie season. Mingo has been disappointing he's more of a SLB then a 3/4 OLB. Solmon hasn't been able to stay healthy. And A. Bryant cant stay out of off field issues
WR We all Hope Gordon get reinstated. IMO we either bring back Benjamin or sign Jones, Sanu, to fill are #2 WR need. Hartline, Hawkins Gabriel are decent depth. Add depth late.
RT If we resign Mitchell Schwartz or sign Andre Smith then will only need depth if not then we need a replacement early. and draft depth late
C/RG All depends on if Mack Opts out. Erving moves to center and Greco stays at RG. which is fine for this year but will need to start looking for a replacement and draft dpeth late

2016 Patriots Needs:
WR - obvious

DB - corner depth is ideal, but we desperately need a safety opposite of Devin McCourty

OT/G depth - obvious

DL depth - a lot of free agents on the Dline and they all wont return

Cardinals needs:

C - the most obvious

DB - We need some depth all around

QB - We ended up retaining Matt Barkley which cost us a pick, but im unsure if he is the answer

LB - We have a solid young pair of Kevin Minter and Deone Bucannon, but im not sure if its ideal

Pass Rushers - Doesnt matter if DL or EDGE, we just need guys that specialize in it

Chiefs

Did I miss one earlier? The problem is that the Chiefs have no pressing needs. There is a suitable warm body in every position. Team needs are going to be looking to 2017 and 2018, which is a dicey proposition. The best bet is to focus on value.

DB - Sean Smith will likely be too pricey to sign. Peters is CB1 and the supporting cast can cover CB2. That said, no one owns the starting job if Smith leaves.

DE - Devito is toward the end of his career and a FA. Jaye Howard is still unsigned. If both go, this becomes a high priority.

OL - Contrary to some beliefs, there is a tested LT inhouse. It took Fisher a while, but he owns the job. C is the other settled position. Mitch Morse might be better at OG, but he was drafted to play C. Fulton is a solid backup. The other positions have candidates but no settled rolls. This was a good line until injuries ran too deep, but another settled starter would help the depth a lot.

QB - Unless a potential franchise player slides, this is not a first day position. That said, Smith is 32.

RB - The team did a good job of imitating the 1990s Broncos by plugging in two no names and still with the league leaders in rushing yards and yds/att. That said, new blood is not a bad idea. Jamaal Charles is coming off another major injury and is way old for an elite RB.

WR - Maclin and Conley are WR1 and WR2. After that, there is no clarity. Possible multiple day-three picks.

ILB - Derrick Johnson is amazing, but he's 34. The team drafted two mid-round players last spring, but a difference maker would simplify everything.

NOT OLB - Houston and Ford tie up enough resources already. Minimum wage depth only.

2016 Bills needs in no particular:

DL: With Mario on his way out and Kyle Williams 33, the Bills need some youth injected into their defensive line. You could go 5 technique or NT for the Bills and it would be an upgrade. Dares is capable of both but IMO he can be most valuable at DE. I suspect Kyle Williams to be DE splitting time with Corbin Bryant.

S: Could be a sleeper top need for the Bills. Aaron Williams is one injury away from his career being over and improving youngster Bacarri Rambo is a free agent. Corey Graham being moved to S had mixed results and I hope to see him return to CB. McKelvin looks as though his future is at FS but he could also be a cap casualty.

ILB: With Bradham likely gone in free agency (and even if he is back) the Bills will need bodies on the inside. Preston Brown had a somphore slump and isn't an ideal fit for Rex's scheme. The Bills have a bunch of fringe players here currently such as Randel Johnson, Kevin Reddick, Ty Powell and AJ Tarpley.

OLB: With Buffalo fully embracing Rex's 3-4 scheme they'll need another pass rusher opposite Jerry Hughes. Manny Lawson is penciled in but he can't be a long term starter anymore and isn't great against the pass. Buffalo has young prospects there in Max Valles and IK but depth at the least is needed.

QB:
Tyrod did well in year 1 as a starter but needs to prove himself even more in year 2 before the team can make a full commitment. EJ Manuel is the backup....Buffalo needs to draft one of this years "projects".

WR: The Bills could really use a physical presence opposite Sammy. Some fans want a burner to take the top of the defence and let Watkins work underneath, and others want a big (6'4+) target for jump balls and redzone work. Buffalo could go either way.

RT: Seantrel Henderson has Crohn's disease, Jordan Mills is a free agent and Cyrus Kouandjio is awful. Buffalo needs an anchor for the right side.

OG/C: Eric Wood has been a steady starter since 2009 and hasn't missed a game since the 2012 season. However, he will be 30 when the season begins and Buffalo could look for a future replacement. Same situation with guard as Incognito (I highly assume re-signs) will be 33 and second year man John Miller struggled at RG last season. Buffalo won't be looking for starters at the position but will need some depth.

After free agency here are the biggest needs for the Chargers:

3-4 DE starter that can stop the run and consistently penetrate against the pass. Needs to be able to play all 3 downs and be effective in nickel.

Safety that can disrupt in the box and cover tight ends well. Talent matters most.

Center that is starting caliber. Would be nice to have Guard experience, too.

Tight End that is a good blocker and has dependable hands.

3-4 ILB depth. Not much behind Te'o and Perryman.

Nice to haves if someone good slides:
Developmental LT
Full back
Punter
Developmental QB

2017 49ers Needs:

QB: No reason to think Gabbert and Kap are around next year. QB is this team's #1 need. Should be our #1 pick unless we go Garrett and then move back up into the 1st or use our high 2nd on a QB.

WR: Kerley will be a FA but hopefully is re-signed as our #3 slot guy. Smith needs a better QB but he is ideally a #2 deep threat guy. We need a big possession #1 guy.

Pass Rushing OLB: Lynch is on one side but Brooks should be cut to save money (should have happened years ago if had the depth) so we need someone on the other side. Tank Carradine signed through next year but hasn't shown much since we drafted him in the 2nd in 13. This should be a top 3 need with QB and WR.

Other Needs:
NT: Ian Williams is always injured but good when in. We could use help in the run dense department.

ILB: Upgrade over Armstrong opposite of Bowman (no guarantee he isn't out half of next year either).

TE: McDonald is a FA, Celek is average at best, Hamm shows great potential but has only played in preseason. Bell hasn't shown much.

RB: A better backup for Hyde or better yet a good 1-2 punch. Upgrade over Draughn and Davis.

DL: A #7 or 8 DL who is an upgrade over TJE, Purcell, etc.
